Waiting in line to get some pastries and the lady helps the people behind me and doesn't even acknowledge me. Their line up sucks it was all chaotic as people didn't know where to stand on the left hand or the right hand side. I got my order through and there was a lady at the til waiting to pay for her order and then I got my order to pay. So having two people at the til to pay for the order, how ridiculous. No flow structure at all in that place.

Was a little bit shocked today seeing the lady throwing the pieces of dough from the roller over on the table, one missed the table and fell on the floor and I have not seen them put it in the garbage to my surprise, have always loved that bakery and know the owner's wouldn't appreciate the careless behavior of their employees
