Usually okay service. Went there May 31st in the evening after 8 pm. Figured I’d see if I could get some doughnuts. Didn’t expect they’d have much. To my surprise, when I ordered 12 glazed donuts, they said no problem! I rolled through the window and good thing I checked because the box contained 12 assorted. I went inside to get it sorted. At the counter the young lady explained that they were all glazed, that included the jam busters, bear claws, Boston cream etc. there was one honey glazed. I’m not sure who’s splitting hairs here, but a glazed donut is just that. It doesn’t seem like anyone cares over there about what the customer needs or thinks. I guess it’s more important to the staff to be right than it is to offer an ear tuned to what the customer wants. Like a bear claw is a glazed donut, pedal that somewhere else.

Tim's has changed the dark roast. Very weak. When they are a bagel blt the egg is precooked abd it is cold. Same with the bacon

Pretty made across the board the drive-thru scanner though definitely needs to be replaced and they've yet to do it. The cashier scanners were great and accept all your attempts all your tum QR codes but the one through the drive-thru seems to be very selective.
I brought this up because a pattern is a pattern and technology is very easy to diagnose. But they just brushed me off and said it was my fault in someway

I ordered a double double and the coffee was perfect, not too strong or weak and the donuts looks good and the breakfast wrap that I bought was taste good, The atmosphere was busy and lively staff are very friendly and polite, I will definitely be back!
