As a everyday coffee lover, I just wanted to commend the staff and most especially the manager who was in charge last Monday afternoon. He is very accommodating and helpful. He did a great job, he assisted me on my orders and what I want on my drinks specifically and he got it right. The staff also is very kind and respectful. The store is very clean and the food is always fresh. I like their morning sandwiches and most especially my everyday ice coffee they always got it right that is why I always buy my foods and drinks in this store. Over all their services was top-notch! Superb experience.

I was at Tim Hortons beside Canadian tire Steinbach Monday July 7th in the afternoon went through drive thru. Ordered a few things, but I had a offer on app that I activated as well as redeeming points. The lady scanned it and I heard it beep that it scanned only to get the receipt and see that neither my points nor offer were put on it and even when I check my app doesn't show the points coming off or that I was even at the tims in the history section showing where I earn points... also took a sip of my latte and was shocked and disappointed that my latte was just coffee with milk in it, not an actual latte..... Im really hoping that your staff isn't scanning their own accounts to gain points and then fake scanning customers.... as well as i ordered 3 donuts and the gave me the wrong donut for my daughter....
