We ordered coffee in Madeline today (not sure if that’s the correct spelling). She made a hot caramel latte and a half French vanilla, half coffee. For the second one, she forgot to add the French vanilla, and when we asked her to redo it, she didn’t remake it completely — she just poured some coffee out, started adding French vanilla into it, and everything spilled all over the cup. She didn’t replace the cup, and it was all sticky. We just told her not to redo it anymore and left. Really disappointed with the service.

I am devastated. I got a sausage breakfast sandwich on a croissant which I had been looking forward to all morning because I’m on my period and that’s what I wanted. TELL ME WHY my husband comes home with my breakfast sandwich and the SAUSAGE IS MISSING. I am now sobbing as this has ruined my day

Simply the best Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to! The service is always fast and friendly, and the place is kept spotless. When I had a small issue, the managers were right there on the floor to handle it immediately. You can really tell the staff care about their customers. Special shout-out to Jana, who always makes my mornings brighter with her kindness and smile! ☕💛
Greatest location ever I would easily recommend it to anyone, of course they have busy hours when things doesn’t go as smooth but overall friendly, kind, always fresh and I will keep coming back.

I was at the drive thru yesterday afternoon. There was only one vehicle behind me when I was there picking up my order I was rushed beyond belief I had my cards out for payment and points I paid and was trying to put my cards away when I was rushed they shoved my box of doughnuts at me and before I could even put those down safely while still holding my cards in my mouth I was shoved a tray of drinks at me. Well I also had to grab those then with a free hand while I was doing that the tray gave way and spilled on my steering wheel dashboard and not to mention myself. The lady said to me while handling me only 4 napkins well you should have taken it with 2 hands. I said how could I with a box of doughnuts in the other I only have 2 hands. Extremely pissed off customer here tim hortons is a joke and its getting worse every day.

By farther best tummies ive ever been to. 10 cars in front of me, done in 2 minutes. Not only that but the person servicing the window, was fast and quick..order 100% accurate and didn't have to repeat any part of my order. Amazing experience. I even went in to let the GM know.
