I definitely recommend this Wendy's! Service is excellent! I dropped our hot teas on the floor and they promptly made us new ones free of charge! Also we received our food quickly and it was both hot and delicious! One of my best fast-food restaurant experiences. 😍

I feel very generous just giving a 1 star, customer service is poor and my family and I witnessed a staff member pick his nose and ass right in front and then proceed to continue making burgers without washing hands.
Was not pleased and will NOT return.

Was good when it opened and it was mostly teenagers working. Now it's "adults" and my baconater has 2 PCs of bacon and looked like a chimpanzee made it. The staff talk so fast you think your at an auction bidding on your meal. Get to the window and they drop it and you have to snag it out of the air because they won't even look at you. Absolutely the worst service and food I've ever paid for.

I came inside at 10:20 and I was the second one in line, the staff was on the phone after serving the customer in front of me, at 10:39 they told me no breakfast just becoz the staff was on phone? It was becoz they were slow not becoz I was late ! No any body behind me at all , can’t even serve me as last one ? is it how Wendy run business ?

It's frustrating when a restaurant doesn't live up to its online menu availability. In my situation, being denied the frosty fizz on multiple occasions without a valid reason is unacceptable. As a customer, it's important to feel valued and respected. Communication and consistency are key aspects of customer service, and it seems like Wendy's fell short in this regard. From now I decided not to return and have even advised my friends to do the same. Hopefully, Wendy's addresses these issues to ensure better service in the future. It's essential for businesses to keep their promises and maintain customer trust.
We stopped in for quick lunch while passing thru Steinbach The woman at the cash register in the restaurant was very pleasant and made suggestions for ordering the perfect burger. After sitting down with our meals, we noticed that she has a disability that did not stop her from being kind. She is a conscientious worker who truly likes her job! She deserves a raise.
$6.00 for a bacon poutine that's half filled? Highway robbery. Very unsatisfied customer.

Ordered a chicken Caesar Salad, instead of using romaine lettuce they use a spring mix. My bag of croutons were all crushed. Very dissatisfied

I have gone to this one a number times over the last few months, usually 75% of the time they mess up my burger. One time i ordered a baconator and i got a chicken burger instead. this is by far the most inconsistent wendys i have been too. will not be going back.
