Had the family chicken bucket. Food was good. The service was decent even tho they were completely swamped and short staffed. Will order again. Recommend.should add this was from the new location in Charleswood.

Dinner was excellent, den jambalaya delicious, salad fresh crispy...wraps gets kuddos..Lounge needs more decor...on walls football, hockey, sport and beer pics etc..area slightly too bright dim lighting somewhat, make it more cozy atmosphere...

Ordering over the phone was challenging. Ordered a Den burger without ketchup. It had ketchup. Burger itself was not homemade. It was a frozen burger. Greek salad dressing looked and tasted like Kraft. Will not go there again.2 of our 4 orders were wrong.

No normal human being wants that many olives on their pizza, it just makes it extremely salty and taste like brine. A veggie pizza is more than absurd amount of olives!

My husband and I visited Stonewall today and decided to stop for dinner. We decided upon pizza and stopped in at Pizza Den.
We received a friendly greeting upon arrival and were given our menus. Our server, Melissa, came to take our order and gave us a warm greeting as well. She was extremely friendly and helpful.
We ordered a Caesar salad to share and a Dens Special pizza and coffee.
The salad was crisp and tasty, the coffee hot and freshly made, and the pizza was out of this world delicious. We were thoroughly impressed and will definitely recommend. We were even thanked for our patronage as we were leaving; now that’s service!
The next time we come for a visit, we will certainly be back to Pizza Den.

Can't rate the food, it never ended up coming to the table. Ordered chicken fingers and poutine for kids and a large pizza . Waited 50 mins, then server and kitchen staff came out stating the pizza got stuck in the oven. This was the only communication regarding the long wait, they offered to put a new pizza in that would only take 15 mins this time? How? Then offered a discount on the food...I am appalled by the complete lack of service, they had the audacity to state it was no one's fault. Will never return or recommend, save yourself the terrible experience and pass on by.
