Quality was super disappointing. Ordered two breakfast sandwiches. Both sausage and egg. By the end of the order, it was 80% flatbread. 20% filling… though both sandwiches had included spinach, tomatoes, olives and pickles. We weren’t provided the option to heat up the sandwich. The bread was not as soft as it used to be. Overall, tasted stale.

Poor customer service, i was just asking cashier that i want to use my subway rewards points and she was blank she didn’t know how to do it. At every subway it works. Cashier keep saying me it’s 14$. I told her i want to use my points and she said she don’t know it is not showing anything.just wasted my time and not even sorry. This is how they treat their customers! They didn’t ask me even that sandwich is for here or to go. Not packed properly and gave me without bag. This is Very upsetting for me!

Poorly trained staff. Absolute lack of management. Get your Subs in Winnipeg. The owner of this establishment is incompetent and lacks the skills necessary to run a successful business.
Can't rate a zero, but there was no food or service. They close whenever they want and even when there are people inside, baking bread they lock the door and turn off the open sign. This isn't at 6 am . This is 5 - 6 PM. I'll get the subs in Winnipeg otw home. They will be cold and soggy, but at least they will be open.

Says on their paper schedule on the door they’re open till 10pm tonight they scribbled it out and closed at 7, get your act together this is ridiculous. 3 nights now the schedule has been scratched

Hours say open until 10pm but when you show up at 8:50pm there’s a note saying sorry closing at 9pm you go in to an employee telling you sorry not serving anymore customers. Great service.
