I recently got a Italian sub on Thursday evening March 13th, I have never been so sick In my life I had the worst food poisoning I have ever got. Would not recommend eating at this subway I know I will never be ordering here again!!

Quality was super disappointing. Ordered two breakfast sandwiches. Both sausage and egg. By the end of the order, it was 80% flatbread. 20% filling… though both sandwiches had included spinach, tomatoes, olives and pickles. We weren’t provided the option to heat up the sandwich. The bread was not as soft as it used to be. Overall, tasted stale.

Poor customer service, i was just asking cashier that i want to use my subway rewards points and she was blank she didn’t know how to do it. At every subway it works. Cashier keep saying me it’s 14$. I told her i want to use my points and she said she don’t know it is not showing anything.just wasted my time and not even sorry. This is how they treat their customers! They didn’t ask me even that sandwich is for here or to go. Not packed properly and gave me without bag. This is Very upsetting for me!
