when i first went there in the drive thru i ordered a bowl instead of the wrap. and when i was paying i literally ask AGAIN what was my order and they said it, it was correct. but then when i received my order, they still gave me a wrap so i needed to go again this time inside the store to return the wrap and exchange for a bowl, and the attitude they gave me when they were giving my order seems like they were pissed!! then the second time i went there i ordered a bowl again, and this time i went inside and eat it there. but it was so different than the last time i ordered i was served a little big of everything.

This Tim’s location (11 Davis Way) never fails to provide extraordinary service especially to Beth and Myra who ensure that everything is well-prepared. This tims has been part of our organization’s events. There are lots of tims near our location, but we always place our order to this location which is a true testament of how excellent their services are. We definitely made the right decision in availing their services. Kudos to the team!

Ordered 2 double, doubles. The server repeated it back to me, then told me to wait a minute. When I recieved the coffee's, one was a double, double, and one was 1 and 1. Nothing marked one the lids. I have a hard time every time at that location. They need to change the management at that location.
