A&W Canada had a free offer for trick or treaters on Halloween for a kids meal with no purchase necessary which should have been a fun experience. However this swan river location refused to give our kids them without making a purchase. And their "security" guard made some disgusting remarks to my child about squirting in her face. Our family will not be returning.

This place is “touch and go” meaning you never know what kind of service and food you will receive. I have had an excellent breakfast sandwich and mama burger combo lately that were very well prepared and the service was excellent. Evenings are not as good. Cleanliness is touchy and go also. They need to hire someone to clean all the windows as they are a mess.

This A&W has been under new ownership for the past 5 years and it shows in their dedication to service and excellence. They even have Frank's red hot available beside the ketchup! Nice touch. Super accessible building with clean bathrooms. I ordered a print and loved the extra cheese curds. Wow! 5 stars.
