This A&W has been under new ownership for the past 5 years and it shows in their dedication to service and excellence. They even have Frank's red hot available beside the ketchup! Nice touch. Super accessible building with clean bathrooms. I ordered a print and loved the extra cheese curds. Wow! 5 stars.Wheelchair accessibility: Excellent accessibility options.

I live 2 hrs away from Swan but on my way through today I bought a teen burger and poutine. The burger was amazing, messy lol. Brought my poutine home, put it in microwave ... and found a carpet beetle in it! I called to let manager know. She said the next one would be free but ... yah I'm off fast food now... $38 for 2 ppl is pretty expensive nowadays too.
April 2023 Sunday morning. Stopped in for coffee 9:30 am, floors were filthy and all table surfaces were dirty. Coffee was lukewarm. Restaurant was NOT busy. No tissue paper in any of the stalls in ladies washroom. Not going back anytime soon.

The parking lot hasn’t been cleared of snow so it’s not good for pulling into the parking lot. I feel bad for seniors who may have to try and walk with all the snow and ice. They don’t even shovel the sidewalks surrounding the business. Apparently they think throwing a bit of ice melter down will solve all the problems. It doesn’t! The outside is a mess with garbage and lord knows what at the back door? Inside is a chaotic mess with dirty floors, staff wandering all over amongst the mess and a general sense of disarray. The place also stinks like sewer. The burgers often come cold or the buns are hard from sitting in the warmer too long. The onion rings have far too much seasoning salt in the batter and therefore extremely salty! Hopefully you get lucky and get some fresh food? The owners are often rude, the staff doesn’t seem to be trained very well and the mess in this place is horrific! Go anywhere else but here to have a meal!
