Amazing chicken and great fries. For something extra special add a biscuit to your meal.
Messed up my order and gave me the wrong sandwich, didn't notice til we were home, went back with the order and receipt and when I said there was a mistake, manager told me I was wrong, then went through his screen, saw it was supposed to be different, so told me the spicy and regular are the same, I said no, he said close enough, I asked if I should just post my receipt to KFC directly for some service from someone then, then opened my wrong sandwich then balled it up and whipped it in the garbage, then finally made a new one after his hissy fit. I'm done with this location.

The vibe of the place is really good. Customer service is friendly. The food was also warm and fingerr’ licking good. The renovation is also done now so best to eat there and enjoy the view.

The whole vibe bites from the poor customer service, poorly cooked chicken, brown lettuce, freezing cold restaurant lobby, and over priced food!For the price of a Zinger and Spicy Big Crunch, I should have purchased two chickens from the extra foods deli. Then I could also buy lettuce that wasn’t brown.I won’t be getting food from here again. Don’t waste your money folks!

We got some take out. I realize the place is under construction right now, but my god it’s cold in there! Got a zinger and a spicy Big Crunch and for that price of both of those items, I could if bought 2 whole chickens! Both the items had brown lettuce that was slimey so I had to remove. Neither was good…felt sick afterwards. Staff not pleasant at all. Food was a 0/10.
