Called, no answer. Waited 15 min, called, they took the phone off the line.
Went in person. They tell me my medium pizza will take 25 minutes. I ask if they can take my # and call when it's ready, they refuse and say I can call and ask when its done. Dude made me have that conversation from across the restraunt, he was at the dish pit mumbling - refused to come to the counter and speak with me when I stated I could not hear him from there and asked him to come to the counter. Had to ask 3 times before he finally came and spoke with me.
I mentioned I tried to order by phone and thier line was busy, he says they took the phone off the line because they had a whole 2 orders.
ai left upset, but at not point did I show it. I was entirely polite while dealing with the employee. I did not give any attitude or use foul language. The employee by contrast was rude, discourtious, and lazy.

Went to order and was hung up on three times while trying to finish the order. Person on the phone proceeded to yell at me and pretended not to hear me mid way upon the second call.
Definitely will not be ordering from them again!

Stayed in Swan River for the 15U Provincial weekend. We had 2 days where our games started at 6:30pm. This meant we couldn't eat supper until after our game, 9:00 to 9:30pm. Wanted to order Pizza Hut afterwards but they were closed at 7pm on Friday and Saturday evening. I get that business might be slow for this small town on majority of weekends, but why in the world would you not make arrangements to stay open later for Provincial ball weekend?
Pizza smelt so good but it was not cooked long enough. Dough was raw. So dissapointed.

I ordered a medium chicken pizza on jan 1 but got very frustrated because the dough was not baked properly, ended up having a nausea and spoiled appetite.
