Upon placing an order for beverages and a burger at the McDonald’s drive-through, I discovered at the payment window that the burger was omitted from my order. When I requested the staff member to rectify the error by adding the burger, he brusquely declined, citing an inability to modify the order and directed me to address the issue at the next window. At the subsequent window, the staff instructed me to circle back through the drive-through and re-place the entire order—an utterly inconvenient and unnecessary directive, given the absence of any queue or operational delays. Frustrated, I departed with only my beverages, forgoing the incomplete order. This experience exemplifies deplorable service, marked by a flagrant disregard for customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The failure to promptly correct a simple error reflects poorly on the franchise’s management, revealing a lack of consistency and professionalism within the McDonald’s chain. Such negligence would be unthinkable in a competently run establishment, where customer retention and accountability for mistakes are prioritized. The substandard service at this location underscores a systemic deficiency in franchise oversight and operational standards.

This is my experience from multiple visits. Put charity donations on bills without asking first. Mess up drive through orders and refuse to fix it, telling you to go through drive around again. Asked if they can fix the order, watched the cashier leave, get in their car and speed off. Asked for a receipt and watched them fish it out garbage can and then staple it to the food bag.
