Drive through ice is so bad it almost threw my car against the side of their building. At the very least they should respect their customers and the fact that it’s winter and clear their drive through lane properly like McDonald’s.

Had an extraordinary experience at the tim hortons in the pas today, i have normal sedan and apparently it was very loud and the lady named Marissa couldn't hear it even after i was almost yelling my order and she yelled "TURN YOUR VEHICLE OFF" i drove to the window to give my order and gave my order there. I asked for a small steep in a large cup because it would've cooled a lot quicker. I have never had to pay for a large steep tea just to get the large cup, but that's not the point. When i asked for the steep tea. She literally said i charge you for a large cup in such a rude tone, almost like she didn't want to work there. I had no problem paying for the large cup, and i peacefully left, but that was one hell of an experience. Whatever happened to customer service 😂

You are ripping of your customers when you only put one slice of beef on a sandwich you are a disgrace.
June 21 (1.48 am). I went there at drive thru ask Joseph for a refill of coffee. He charged me for the cup even if had my own steel travel mug. Still i said ok that’s fine. Then he made coffee in tim’s cup and then transfer in to my cup even after i said not to transfer from a plastic cup. And when i asked him to put coffee directly in my cup instead transferring from a plastic one he refused and he became very rude with me then his attitude was like take your coffee and go. I am not doing anything.

Ordered a Bacon & Sausage wrap and they gave me a farmer wrap. Ordered a regular coffee, and I got a coffee with cream and sugar. If the ladies in the front werent too busy talking to the people in the back instead of worrying about the customer, my order would have been correct.
