The manager krik has no sense how to talk to customers, I ask for extra gravy and he said I have to pay for it and I told him I never had to pay before all sudden he open the zipper of his jacket and start showing me his name plate ( krik manager) that's kind of an act of stupidity. I don't know how they find stupid people for manager's position. The rest of the staff is very good and very friendly. But the manager acted like he is the God or something.

We have been coming to A&W every single Saturday for almost a year now. Over that time the service and atmosphere has gotten increasingly worse. First the food took forever, then service started to wane over the last few months. Cashiers and workers could not handle the simplest of questions. They would let the homeless come in and bother customers. Last week it was sub zero temperatures outside but the heat was not even on inside!! When I mentioned this to the worker they just mumbled something in another language and didn't seem to care at all. I had an infant and there wasn't any heat! This morning they told us that there was not even any food to serve.Unfortunate, as this was a great place under former ownership. I don't imagine they will be open much longer. Will be going to McDonalds every Saturday instead.

I enjoyed the new Nashville hot chicken burger! I’m always getting the teen burg and I was glad I tried something new ???
We went through the drive-through. The cashier/server was very pleasant but didn’t like that we had to wait away from the window to get our order. Even though we waited to get our order, the burger and fries got cold so fast. I ordered my favourite Mozza Burger but I didn't even taste any flavour when eating them cause it got cold so fast.Aside from waiting and the cold food, everything else was good.
