I’ve usually had good experiences at Boston Pizza, but today was really disappointing. I received the wrong order multiple times—twice with bacon, which I don’t eat, even though I made that clear. The replacement food was way below their usual quality—it honestly tasted terrible. On top of that, I ordered a Boston-sized pint of beer and got the wrong one.
I hope this was just an off day, but it really let me down. I’d appreciate if someone could follow up or help make this right.

We (the plumbing crew) frequent Boston Pizza every week. The service is consistently amazing. Whether it’s Amanda, or Madison, or Ashley, or Tressa, the drinks come out fast, and for that, we are appreciative! Tonight, we peppered the bar with shots and appies, and they didn’t miss a beat. We started with a “meateor” pizza for the table, and it came out piping hot, and was exactly what we needed! The drinks consisted of schooners, Caesars, paralyzers, and drop shots. Everything was quick and correct. I know the following fact is superficial, and shouldn’t matter, but it does… Being from out of town, and working ridiculous hours every week, it’s excellent that every woman working, is lovely. Compliments to whoever hired these dimes(10s). In summation, this is our favourite place to enjoy a drink after a long week. Thank you to every level of Boston Pizza employee (kitchen to servers to management), who makes our nights worth being away from home.
