I ordered a pizza yesterday. When I received it, I noticed that all the toppings were on one side and it wasn’t prepared properly. It looked like it was made in a hurry, as if they just did the job without caring about the quality of the product. I also used to work at a pizza store, so I know how a properly made pizza should look.

I have no idea how the Domino’s in Thompson manages a 4.5‑star rating. Absolutely no idea. Let’s be clear: this is chain pizza. The dough is standard, the cheese is processed, the meats are pre-packaged, and nothing here is of high quality. This isn’t gourmet pizza. This isn’t even “good for chain pizza” pizza. It’s exactly what you’d expect from a mass-produced, corporate menu item.
And yet somehow, people are handing out five stars like it’s the best thing they’ve ever eaten. Really? Three stars would already be generous. You want hot, edible pizza that fills you up? Fine. This delivers. But anything beyond that is wishful thinking. The crust is bland, the toppings taste processed, and the flavor is… well, there isn’t really any.
Service is fine, I guess — the pizza shows up eventually. Portion sizes are adequate. But let’s be honest: if you’re giving this more than three stars, you’ve either never had real pizza, or your expectations for food in Thompson are so low that anything warm counts as Michelin-level dining.
If you’re in Thompson and want Domino’s, go ahead. Just don’t act surprised when the “4.3-star” hype doesn’t match what’s actually on your plate.

Me & My fiance always ordered from the Domino's App & never had a wrong order. We were happy customers til now! 💢 for some apparent reason the app deleted our 4 toppings that we wanted on our Pizza & got delivered a plain cheese pizza! Which was ridiculous! It even said on the receipt & email! Which i do not understand why or how they got it wrong??? Also your delivery driver guy rolled his eyes & sighed at me. Which is crazy because I didnt do anything or said anything to the guy. But whatever! Food is immaculate💯 service is POOR👎🏼 except for the nice lady on phone...can't tell if she genuinely sounded nice or is annoyed. Either way she kept up her customer service act very well.

I have only once ever gotten what I ordered! I always order extra cheese and more recently extra topping and while they are fast to charge for those extra toppings they are not inclined to GIVE THEM! The only time I got what I ordered was when I had to call them to come get the first attempt and make what I had ordered. tonight I actually asked to talk to management and place a very specific order and still did not receive it but I WAS CHARGED FOR IT!!
