Not fan of negative reviews, but sometimes have to. Specialy lady behind the counter was so rude with customers! Food service was slow have to wait a long for order.

The guy named ryley messed up my order many times and started arguing every time , no sense of customer service or any thing and when I told him he said we are busy and we can’t give you another order, I asked for no mayo for a reason and they made it with mayo and the guy has nerve to tell me it is just mayo eat it, and that he put no mayo on it so it is not his problem he did not get anyone from kitchen either to solve the issue I waited there for my order but meanwhile he messed other people’s order aswell KFC should reevaluate the process they hire people.

Food and service is always great.

Slowest workers ive ever witnessed. Doesnt take 2 and a half hours to fry chicken and deliver

Ordered a regular twister… it come out as a spicy twister in a stale hard wrap with old lettuce and no tomatoes…. The cherry on top you could tell the fryer grease was old from the smell of the food and it had a popcorn chicken but in there all burnt up. Absolutely the worst place to eat

Get off work figure stop in grab some kfc quick and head home after a 12 hour day lady says we have to make fresh chicken it'll be 20 minutes I think ok 20 minutes and get fresh food I'm ok with that 35 minutes later lady says there's 10 minutes left on the chicken Like what did he do wait 20 minutes then put it down for 20 horrible place is dirty 1 girl trying to clean so props to her the rest just standing around talking fruit Flys everywhere I give it a 1 star for poor service I'll let ya know how the food is whenever I get it

Slowest "fast food" I've ever seen. Waited 40 minutes just to put my order in, much longer to actually get it. Friday night and half the employees are puttering about doing busy work while the other half serve you with attitude. Ridiculous.
