Very good customer service. They forgot to add something but when we went back they were supernice and the guy came from the kitchen and apologized.Mistakes happen, but what matters is what you do next.
It's alright, the wait times are abysmal, though, and the thought of having to wait as long as one would there when I'm in a hurry to find a place to grab a quick bite usually just deters me to other fast food places in town. The food's fine, it's just too long of a wait for fast food and it isn't someplace you'd want to sit down and eat with the whole family at.
Service is usually good. Newer employees are usually lackluster and don't seem to care. Food is good. Wait times are usually very long (expect 15-45min) for orders larger than an 8 piece. Restaurant is generally clean.
