Just moved to Thompson from Toronto. Adjusting to remote town life was a lot of work so I had to get takeout for dinner. Seeing a pizza hut just 10 minutes from me, I placed a pickup order. I ordered a personal pan pizza and I took it home after picking it up. However, I saw at home that they gave me the wrong order. I called them again to explain the situation. Without any second thought, the owner offered to remake the pizza for me, which I went to pick up. I was surprised with how accommodating the owner was. He recognized their mistake and offered to make it right for me. As a new Thompson resident, I can safely say Pizza Hut will be my go-to takeout option!

Well we were on our lunch break & we ordered large cheese sticks and waited 40 minutes. Then I went to asked if it’s ready then the lady said “lemme check” then she gave it to us. Then the manager said “ohh you didn’t give it to them long ago”, then he said “do you want a new one for free” then I said “yeah” then it was a happy ending at Pizza Hut… so I recommended you wait 40 mins for your food then you’ll get one for free…Featuring: Nicholas Duck and Kobe Moore
Parking: The parking was excellent even tho I walked here from school there were lots of close parking spots. Lots of room for the whole squad to pull up and enjoy PIZZA HUT.
