I don’t understand why they don’t shut down on sundays to restock there products only one girl was working served a few people put a sign closed 5pm said ok get me and my daughter a quick drink 🍹 before we leave but when I was the last to serve she said sorry I’m closing even when the other girl showed up I was like the only one left? For only two drinks I said why you said 5pm I’m restocking or something then should of said where closing not just leave a customer left standing there not served I said where your boss? It’s on we can close if we want? Ok that not right when I left me and my daughter seen them laughing about it very poor customer service

Why do we have to even give one? Went to treat myself a ridiculous coffee . Instead I got the Ace and nonametag show instead. Ace and Noname need to stop the chatting about the manager they dont like and save that for when they have made the orders, picked up the plastic sleeves from the cups and wiped the coagulated milk from the counter. Time for SB to hire a trainer for their staff.

Seems like they don’t train their employees properly. Takes an hour to get one drink, even though i was the only customer there… Wish it was like the ones in the city, very disappointing.

I was at Safeway not Starbucks...I personally do not like Starbucks coffee. Does goggle assume we go to Starbucks everytime visiting Safeway?

Extremely poor service was given to us at our recent visit here. After waiting at the counter for more then enough time to receive service we were informed that there was no cream to make our drinks. Once we decided to walk away the employee repeatedly told us to have a nice day in a sarcastic and unprofessional manner. Will not be re visiting this location.

Service is slower than at other Starbucks locations, but the flavour is just as good! In Thompson, it’s worth the wait.
