This restaurant has provided me and many others with the worst customer service ever. It is completely unacceptable. I am writing this review so the owners can take note. Please ensure your employees have received the appropriate training before sending them to serve customers! I am very disappointed as I have been a long time loyal customer to Tim Hortons. Please do better!

Rarely have gotten friendly service in 2 years of going there. I Went today to get a bagel toasted with cream cheese, as I drove away I opened it up and saw they put the smallest amount of cream cheese I have ever had in 20+ years from Tims, and only on half of the bagel. Went back to complain and watched them make a couple other bagels with cream cheese, my manager then lied to my face saying that they weigh each scoop of cream cheese before they put it on, when I called him out on lying to my face he proceeded to change his answer and just say “ we know how much to put on”
To the owner I’ve already submitted a complaint through Tim’s, no need for the same generic reply you give everyone.

I have been using Uber Eats to deliver food in Thompson and recently had an unpleasant experience at Tim Hortons. I waited for an order for around 10 minutes and politely asked an employee about the wait time. Shockingly, he responded loudly and rudely, saying, "You only waited 10 minutes, and you're telling me it's a long time? Wait another half an hour, then you can pick up your order."
In all my years of visiting coffee shops, I have never encountered such disrespectful behavior. Manners make the man, and this experience was far from what I expect from a reputable establishment like Tim Hortons. I hope management takes note and works on improving their customer service.
Shows no respect to customers, and they always mess up the order. Either they dump too much sauce or no sauce at all. And if you complained about it they would never admit their miklstake and never would compensate.the only reason that this place still in business because there is no other tim hortons here in town.

This is the most unwelcoming place I have ever seen to. They refused to give me a key for the bathroom and a nothing senor. I will be traveling back through that area in the near future, and I know that my fellow workers will want to stop for coffee ☕️ So we will see how they treat senior citizens
