The customer service is ridiculous at tim hortons , Thompson. The woman at the drive-thru was extremely rude. I was still in the middle of placing my order when I noticed something different on the screen. I tried to clarify it, but she told me the order had already been made and couldn’t be changed. That’s ridiculous — and she had a serious attitude about it too. If there was a misunderstanding, how can she say the order was finalized and couldn’t be corrected?

Getting tired of getting the wrong order, can't speak English and the food is shit. Use to be good and decent food. Fast drive thru with out repeating your oder 5 times and still they get it wrong. Gross seeing all those flies in the doughnuts cabinet.
