Rene and Lori have a great business going out here. Always a good story to be had from them and the food is always amazing. Try the Ruban and the spicy dill pickle pizza. It shows that they love what they do and interacting with their customers on a personal level. Thank you for cooking us many breakfast, lunch and suppers so we could keep working, lol

Great little place to stop and eat and shop. Went for breakfast on a Saturday. Breakfast is only served on weekends it appears. Breakfast is served only till 11:30 but this is not advertised anywhere. Drinks are extra with your meal. Prices are reasonable.
Had their beaches breakfast with scrambled eggs and white toast. Eggs were slightly undercooked. Had to ask for jam for the toast as it was not provided with the toast.
Friendly staff and will go back again.

We did not have a good experience at the Hillside eatery and will not return in the future. Prices were high for what we received, small sandwiches on plain multigrain bread, nothing included on the side. My husband's burger was also very subpar. Also, the service wasn't very friendly.

We tried the Super Samoan pizza. A good thin crust, fresh from the oven, with good toppings. Enjoyed the thin crust that was not a cracker. Butterscotch marshmallow square was well made and enjoyed.

Had the meat lovers pizza one night and then a couple days later stopped in for lunch. We had The Q and fries for lunch. Everything was excellent. You could tell the pizza was made fresh to order. We will be back again.

Prices are average. Service was good. Restaurant was clean. Poutine was swimming in gravy and used mozarella cheese instead of cheese curds. My husband liked his dish. The one my cousin wanted to order wasn't available.
