I went there on the September long weekend with my family.. There were six of us in total. Between us we had poutine, cheeseburgers, fries, chicken fingers and cheeseburger poutine and a doggie ice cream. The food was excellent and the portions were a good size. The new owners sure did a great job of Improving the restaurant. The service was fast.

The new owners of The Meteor have done a great job taking over! Even though the line was long, (which is a great sign), the staff were very quick and efficient in getting our order ready. Their Meteor burger was the talk of the weekend!

The bacon cheese burger was amazing. They have absolutely perfected the French fries - perfect cook and seasoning. They also provide gluten free buns that were appreciated by the celiac members of the family.
Ice cream for dessert - huge portion!

I really enjoyed my meal from The Meteor. Homemade fries were delicious and the Thai Chicken wrap was so tasty. Great service from the staff and very reasonably priced. Worth a stop if you are in the West Hawk area! If you have a sweet tooth be sure to check out the ice cream and milkshakes! My favorite is the Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup!

Stopped by for lunch with my daughter, was a great lunch. I had a loaded cheese dog, which was tasty. Grilled nice, soft bun. She had chicken fingers, nice breading and crispy, good honey dill. We shared homemade fries, might have been the best part.
