Been going here for 30 years. Hands down the best Italian restaurant in Manitoba. Every dish is incredible, Alex the Chef always remembers us and says hi to us, the servers are always friendly and efficient.

The food is the best in the Interlake in my opinion. I could not believe the negative reviews as the portions are large and the food is beautifully flavoured. We love the veal dishes, the fish dishes and the portobello mushrooms with escargots. Serving staff is always a delight.

This is our second time to this establishment. The first visit in 2015 was fantastic. The food was delicious and the ambiance was very nice. Our second visit was no where near our first experience. We were seated in an area off the main room with cafeteria type table and chairs with chipped up paint on walls. We waited over an hour for our bruchetta appetizer. It was fine but nothing special. For our main meals we had veal scallopini and a shrimp dish. Both had laclustre sauces and very sparse portions and we were served a bowl of penne with a little tomato sauce but it was tasteless and we had to share. The shrimp dish was $45 and the veal $40. Will be our last visit.

I've eaten Italian food in many places all over the world, from Paris, Barcelona, Rome, Naples, Vienna, Amsterdam, Athens and others and I can say that I did not expect to eat this good an Italian meal in the middle of a small town in manitoba. Excellent food and service. Will come again.

We always visit this place when in the area. Consistently fine food and always very busy. This time had veal shank, with a flavourful sauce. Brochette to start is first class.

The food tasted very good. I have been going to this restaurant for over 20 years. If you have a gluten free diet, be sure to phone ahead and inform the chef. Unfortunately, I forgot to do just that. I was thinking however, that most, if not all Italian restaurants always keep some GF pasta for their guests, who like me, have an allergy to gluten. Not Casa Bianca. Very surprising actually since it considers itself a high end italian establishment. The server, named Cindy, was not at all sympathetic with my situation. i was offered extra veggies with my veal meal in lieu of the absence of pasta. When i asked for extra mushroom, i was informed i would have to pay additional for that. Such a decision is not in keeping with showing some compassion for your guest who cannot have the pasta. we remained and did enjoy our meal. the pricing is ridiculously high. the cheapest salad is $22.00 we were a family of four and with no dessert, wine or coffee we still spent over $200.00 for our meal. I know chef Alex is excellent in his trade. But, after many years of attending, this past visit will be my last. the restaurant is very busy so i am sure my absence will not be missed. i write this review as i do feel that his establishment needs to give more consideration to those who suffer celiac disease and who cannot eat gluten. Perhaps, he will change his ways.

Took my dad for a nice drive and my once or twice or 3 time a year need for this place. Pickerel was less then 2 hours delivered and the fillet was so large I’m certain it was a 10 lb fish. Never ever disappointed by the quality of service or food or anything at this establishment. Sold out all the time so get in the list for next year.

Thursdays are seafood nights and they are booked 2months in advance. The food was amazing: mussels in a wonderful sauce, pickerel cheeks with greens. Fabulous bread to soak up the sauces. Seafood pasta with a ton of seafood And salmon that melted in your mouth. Service was wonderful also.

The first four courses were great, great flavour and well seasoned dishes. Thoroughly enjoyed the variety of seafood, not just shrimp this and shrimp that. It’s unfortunate that a drink is considered a course, call it a four coarse meal and be done. A mojito isn’t really a dessert, if you feel the need to upsell me a dessert then just up the cost if necessary and provide an actual dessert. It put a stink on the end of a good experience .

Some of the best food in the Interlake. Would highly recommend. The Thursday Seafood 6 course meal is a wonderful experience.

We just arrived in the little beach town and this place came highly recommended. We knew reservations were needed a month in advance and were 100% OK with take out due to last minute trip. When we arrived the lady was very rude and the restaurant was empty and said we missed the take out time by 10 minutes. We did not know, she basically told us to leave asap. When we walked by again 45 min late the restaurant was still empty. She could not wait to get us out because they were fully booked. To bad I was looking forward to the take out... And would of prob book and eat in experience because we live just an hour away. To bad lost business.
