Just cruising around the lake, stopped at Johnee’s for fries and fat boy burger….did not disappoint…..did not have to wait long, friendly staff, nice that they don’t salt the fries, that way you can add as little or as much as you want. I always carry condiments in the car cause you never know when hunger strikes…..?️??

First time here came for kiss tribute band, great atmosphere obviously busy weekend, wait time average, paid $11 for the double fat boy only to get frozen processed beef patties tasted awful definitely not worth $11 dollars was pretty upset considering i haven't had a fatboy in years.
Ordered 4 poutines ($44.00) yikes! No taste at all. The fries tasted freezer burnt or just really starchy. No one finished their food and just ended up in the garbage. Definitely won't be back. Do not recommend.

When I got to Winnipeg beach from a long drive I was starving for a juicy fresh burger, I saw johnees was open so I decided to go in. When I walked in I was greeted by friendly staff nice restaurant and most importantly amazing food, the burger was juicy the homemade fries were crispy and the drink was very good 100% recommend to anyone who loves in Winnipeg Beach. ??Vegetarian options: My wife tried their veggie burger and it was absolutely fantastic she said

Recently went one evening to order for take out, pretty simple order, 2 orders of chicken fingers and a poutine. Took food over to beach area picnic tables to enjoy, the French fries in poutine were not fully cooked and very tasteless, even with the gravey and cheese on it. Chicken fingers were also tasteless ( frozen generic) Meal with 2 drinks was 35 bucks. Took food back, was basically told that is the way the way they make it all the time. No apology, no offer of a refund. Will never eat there again.
