If I could rate this place zero stars, I would. I grew up in Winnipeg Beach since I was young, I haven’t been back in a few years, especially to breakwater and now understand why and have resurfaced PTSD from how rude the owner is.I placed a big order of ice coffees, and specified I wanted them all iced. When I received them all hot, I kindly let them know that we ordered ice. Instead of just putting the coffee on ice, the owner made sure to come up to me saying confidently that “she heard us order hot” although she did not take our order and we absolutely did not order hot. Seems like nothing has changed, and the owner is still very unkind.

I would say it was overall okay. The customer in front of me had asked to just have an extra cup to have their kids share and they wanted to overcharge her for another one and said they could not put it in two cups. This kind of put a sore taste in my mouth. I ordered the iced London fog and the first half of it was absolutely delicious but I realized that they put so much ice in that if you enjoy this on a summer day, it melts and then becomes very watery.

Decent coffee, rude staff. We asked for a cup of water for our dog, which we got only after a remark from one of the workers. "Why is it my responsibility to get water for your dog?"They don't seem to care much for dogs for a place that sells pupsicles.

Excellent service and incredibly friendly staff. Got our coffees here every morning this weekend for our small bachelor party always served with a smile. Thanks for the tip regarding the fireworks, by the way! :)

This is the best little coffee shop in Winnipeg Beach. The staff/owners are super nice. Their products are great tasting and great value. My kids can get fun blended drinks. It's a daily must when we are in the area. Right in the boardwalk next to the beach and cute little patio area to sit. My kids recommend the blended ice hot chocolate which are a great summer treat to beat the heat!!

Owner was very friendly. I tried each kind of milkshake. Lime milkshake is my favorite

Horrible customer service.. with a line up out the door nobody seemed to know what to do. One lady started arguing with a customer when they asked how long the wait would be. If you’re in town I highly recommend avoiding this place and visiting Dairybee down the strip!
