today is my father in laws birthday, he wanted to get a nice juicy steak. well, we decided to take him to American steakhouse, needless to say everyones plates were empty. We all enjoyed our day! his 61st birthday was great. But the service was better we had a great waitress, her name is GINGER she was great and made his day getting his picture with her. We just wanted to share our experience there today with a great employee. thanks again
Made reservations for Father's day for 13 and they had a table ready for 11. Took them 20 minutes to figure out how to handle the issue. The table had no plates or silverware set up... I do not believe we should take one down and pass it around. The waitress was very nice but needed help juggling such a large table. Was not our best experience.
So first time last time to start this off. First we waited 25 min and then escorted into a half empty dining room at 4pm. Then we had to wait 15 to 20 more min before I get up to go back to the hostess station to ask if we even had a server after we watched people seated after us get service. Then server came took our drink and food order. Then she came back with drinks but the Tea I (DaD) ordered was so watered down it just tasted like dirty water.
