We went for late night happy hour.. we were waiting for the server to attend us for almost around 20 min than after we ask to host for who is our server.. she answered too Rude...she told us that she didn't know who is our server and she is not a server... I know that's not your job but at least that's mot how you treat your customer. We have been there couple of times but since last 3 time we are seeing there service being extremely slow.... I will not going back there now....

Although I generally avoid places filled with TVs since I think it's rude for people to be staring at those rather than being attentive to their fellow dinner guests, I gave this one a shot. The food was pretty amazing, and our waitress was wonderful. The only downside was the lighthandedness of the bartender when making the "buckets" of mixed drinks we ordered. They were cool to choose this once for the novelty value, but I wouldn't recommend them if you're expecting any actual amount of content. Other than that, the dinner was great.

I actually enjoyed my ribs even tho a lot of my group did not. The one thing that ruined the meal is my three year old ordered strawberry yogurt and as she was eating I noticed a long piece of hair as I take the spoon to pick up the strawberry I noticed another popped up from the bottom of the cup. Unfortunately I didn’t get a picture as my partner stormed off I’m disgust to find managment who minimized the situation by saying well I only seen one hair as if that wasn’t much when there shouldn’t have been any. I wouldn’t visit this location again if it were the last one standing. I am so upset because my baby was going to town what if she ate a piece that’s so trifling and disturbing to think of and for the restaurant to not even care tells a lot

I had worked all damn day paid $17 and some change for my dinner when I walked in the staff just looked at me Not asking me if I needed help or if I was helped by anyone all the waitresses tonight on election night were ignorant and rude. Didn’t even ask me if I needed to be helped or was I picking up an order very unprofessional no Boss or manager around to reprimand them for their behavior when I got my food I took it straight home and I noticed that the french fries were overcooked really hard and I’m putting them in the refrigerator so I can approach management tomorrow! If there is a manager on duty or at all, I am very unhappy and displeased with the restaurant. The floors were very dirty. Looks like grease spots everywhere bartenders were discussing with waitresses personal information that should be left at home and not brought to the workplace for customers to hear, their personal life very unprofessional horrible place very overpriced. I won’t be choosing this restaurant ever again.

Over all. I’m not trying to bring this restaurant down.
But I think it depends. on who was cleaning. the utensils and who is in charge. of cleaning the seat they didn’t do a good job this time around.
Are maybe they need a brighter light to see the seats clearly.
The lighting is dull, I guess that the mood of this restaurant. It is also a sports bar and grill
