Their monthly butcher boxes have a great variety to cover all your bases from crockpot meals to cookouts. Even better, the staff allows substitutions so you can still take advantage of deals and aren't overrun by meat you won't eat.
Support a woman-owned small business and local farms by going through Bowman's instead of your local big box or grocery store. Your food will taste better.

Last week, I picked up 30 lbs of pork shoulder, 20 lbs of skirt steak, 20 lbs of chicken thighs, 200 chicken wings and a bunch of chicken cutlets (tenders). This, along with a seafood order that I sourced locally in TN was for a wedding celebration for my daughter with over 120 people in attendance! Let me just say that I made the CORRECT CHOICE in getting my pork, meats and poultry from Bowman's, instead of somewhere locally in TN!!! The BBQ Pulled Pork, Roasted Pork Italiano, Steak Fajitas, Chicken Satay, Wings, and tenders were exquisite!! Tons of compliments on the food, all steming from the right source - Bowman's! Thanks, Alice and team, for setting us up for success at our celebration!
