I've been dying to try real Japanese A5 Waygu. Well, they have it. AND ITS AN EXPERIENCE!!! It's expensive. But it's worth it to treat yourself every once and a while. I will absolutely recommend them to everyone I know. I also got a different kind of Waygu, not sure if it was American or Australian or what, and they said it was a #8 on the marbling scale. Alice and the team at Bowman's is so nice and very knowledgeable! I got a Delmonico steak for Fathers Day 3-4 years ago and not only was it the best steak I have ever had but made my life so much easier. My fathers only request for Christmas, Fathers Day, his Birthday is a Delmonico steak from Bowman's! Great people and great cuts of Meat!
