My name is brandon I live across from Burger King and I just went up there a few minutes ago and was left without service from when I got there till I left when they closed absolutely unacceptable my dad is friends with workers and he said to go to someone so I went to this lady whose white and had a ponytail she was there goofing around with another worker looked at me atleast three times and completely ignored me! I'm going to there tomorrow to see if they were just busy with the drive through not only that the soda machine was broken so they had to come out to the dining area and even the menu went out! However the food is delicious and fresh it really depends on the day but get better workers!

Absolute worst service. The old people cannot hear and will get your order wrong....even after you repeat the order and send it back again. They move as slow as molasses. Terrible. Get it together. Managers need to step it up.

Today 12:42 , 11/21/24 my friends and I went through the - Drive Through. The lady that took the order was absolutely outrageous, bad actitude, rude . I really just wanted to turn around and leave !!!! She hates her job I guess and hates people !!!! It was very humiliating. I won’t let this go like this . I’ll complain tomorrow morning to a branch manager.
