My wife and I used Chaps to cater our daughter's baby shower. I showed up 28 minutes early to pick-up, knowing I had to wait. The dedicated staff at Chaps of Aberdeen immediately got to work gathering and organizing my order. I was out of the store long before I was to even arrive as scheduled. There were zero errors in our order. Everything was above our expectations. As usual with Chaps......the food was absolutely delicious. Our order was for an expected 60 guests. There was plenty of food for everyone plus some. That is one of our biggest fears when ordering catering; wondering if there will be enough food. Chaps evidently has their portion ratio down to a science. I wish I could say something negative to give Chaps something to learn from and improve; but I have nothing! Thank you so much to all the staff at Chaps Aberdeen for absolute perfection.

Decent food but a bit pricey.

Amazing Pit Beef, which I choose Medium Rare, and has a great charcoal cook. The fries and coleslaw were great too. The bun, if you get one, was a little soggy but I didn't mind.

I pick up deliveries from there. Personally I'm not a fan of pit beef but apparently people love it. The place is immaculate

It's Chaps, nothing more to say. It's just the best pit beef in the area. The location in Aberdeen is so nice, great employees, always courteous and quick.

The cashier lacks a sense of decorum and professionalism. She must know how to turn it on and off because I cannot understand how she got this job. The cashier brings the whole experience down. I came with a group of 3 friends, in a great mood and ready to eat but the cashier’s attitude soured the first impression and quite frankly we wanted to ask for a refund and leave but didn’t want to make a scene. Why do people apply for jobs that they clearly do not want to do? I wondered why this specific Chaps was so empty on a Friday night and now I know why. Never come back

Love Chaps! But the one in Glen Burnie lately are extremely slow (even with an empty place). And their fries are always overcooked... not much potato inside the frie, all dried up.

If you're craving amazing BBQ with a creative twist, this spot is a must-visit! I tried "The Plymouth," and it was absolutely phenomenal. Packed with tender, flavorful meat, cranberry mayo, and a generous helping of stuffing, it felt like Thanksgiving in every bite. The sandwich was perfectly balanced—hearty, savory, and just a touch of sweetness from the cranberry.

I paired it with a small side of French fries and gravy, which added a comforting, almost northern British pub vibe to the meal. The fries were crisp yet soft inside, and the gravy was rich and indulgent.

Great food, and friendly service. I'll definitely be back to explore more of their menu!

I travel I-95 through MD 3-4 times a year. If I can, I make it a point to be near Chaps at lunch or dinner going down and coming back.

Vegetarian options: If you're vegan or vegetarian, this is NOT the place for you.

Great food, but the young lady working the register had no customer service skills.

We’ve been coming here for years, ordered an online order for a sandwich and my daughter’s Mac and cheese. When we got to the counter I decided to add an order large cheese fries with the cheese on the side so that they didn’t get yucky on the drive back to my store. I myself take pride in customer service when servicing the public. Chaps did not. The lady who says she’s part owner of this establishment decides to charge me for the fries and then for a giant container of cheese which I didn’t need. When I asked her about the total she said that’s how it’s supposed to be done. I said I just want the fries and then whatever amount of cheese comes on them normally on the side, I’m not picky but I shouldn’t have to pay $10 for a order of fries that should cost $6.50. I ended up cancelling the fries and pudding cup for my daughter and we will not be back. The lady says she wasn’t rude but had an attitude the entire time, not a public service friendly place. Ridiculous!
