Incredibly slow. They make you wait for one ingredient then after that comes they tell you another ingredient is going to take 10 more minutes. Won't even let you substitute anything for the missing ingredients. Terribel food

Cashier couldn’t remember who he rang up and who he didn’t. No one got salsa, sour cream, or sauces advertised with menu. Cashier handled cash and food and didn’t change his gloves.

My bowl was yummy---especially the mango!

They were out of a lot of proteins, but I think it's because they were understaffed.

I asked the employee what her favorite meal was and she gave me a tip to get a tortilla along with my bowl, which was a great idea!

$15 for a bowl is a little expensive, but expected for a rest stop.

I honestly think it's the best option at the rest stop!

I feel bad for the one employee who was actually working - he was the only one making the food and he was kind!! The girl running the register was rude!! They “couldn’t” make quesadilla’s but had two grills working so I’m not sure what was happening there…

Staff DO NOT KEEP THE FRONT AREA CLEAN WHERE THEY PREPARE THE FOOD THEN SEEM TO HAVE AN ATTITUDE WHEN YOU COMPLAIN AND ASK FOR THE COUNTER TO BE CLEANED ESPECIALLY AT THE MARYLAND HOUSE LOCATION SO WE WALKED OUT AND ORDERED FROM PHILLIPS NEXT DOOR MUCH CLEANER AND SERVICE WAS GREAT

It was honestly just horrible customer service. They burnt my burrito and had to redo it and no one paid attention to my order and it was just overall not great.

The use of hair nets would be nice. I do not prefer hair in my food. The selection of the food could have been better as well as the cleanliness of the crap area where the customers can clearly see stuff all over the place and just no care being used whatsoever. I don't understand this. I visited there on the 3rd of May 2025

I don't know why some people are giving bad reviews. I guess because of that it is less crowded compared to other food vendors in the Maryland House rest stop.

Over the last few years I have ordered burritos here a few times. Never had a quality problem. Food tastes great. Their workers change once in a while. And I have seen some of them are not really enthusiastic about serving food. Which is why I deducted one ⭐ from the service quality. I should say that their lack of enthusiasm never affected the delivery. Food was served with my preferred ingredients, hot and pretty good.

I avoid junk food and fast food joints. The reason I go here exclusively at this stop is that food is fresh and healthy ingredients that tastes good. I recommend going here.

Additionally, I have only ever ordered burritos here and nothing else. Rotated between chicken and beef. So, YMMV. 🤞

Strike three, you're out. I was really excited to have an option that fits my dietary needs, but this place failed at every turn. 7:15 pm on a Thursday and they have no black beans AND no lettuce, even though salads are a key part of their limited menu options. And to top it off they burned my burrito in the press. For $13! NEVER AGAIN.
