you should really be alot more specific with who you hire. For 3 years now almost the manager at this location has been mean,rude,complaining about everything and outright nasty to me over and over. Retail/food service jobs suck but yeesh

I initially called the location and placed an order over the phone. When I called back to check on the status of my order, I was informed that there was no order under my name. I explained multiple times that the payment had already been processed and the money was taken from my card, but I was repeatedly told that no order existed.
I called back a second time and spoke with a manager named Lara or Lori. Unfortunately, this interaction was very unprofessional. She was dismissive, spoke over me, and did not allow me to explain the situation. When I politely asked for her name, she said it very quickly and then hung up on me. She also stated that she was “not stealing my money” and told me that my only option was to contact corporate.
At this point, the funds have been deducted from my card, I did not receive my order, and I was treated rudely while trying to resolve the issue.

So ive been coming to this dominos here in deen for a good minute now and lemme say this.....NEVER EVER DISSAPPOINTED!!! Tonight (12/2/2025) when i came in the crew was a little over whlemed with orders and ppl standing around. Some upset cause entitlment others like myself understand when you work food/retail ish can get out of hand fast. Nonetheless i made my order & trust the process.. needless to say the crew was stressing between remakes and customers being impatient and random george michael playing (no seriously careless whispers was playing randomly the time i was there ) the crew never lost their step. When i need pizza id get some little ceasars ish but when i want a WORK OF ART!!!!!! when i want my taste buds to the wobble while ballin on a budget!!! I go to ABERDEEN DOMINOS !!!!!!

After 35 mins I received my food and asked manager I wasn’t satisfied with service what can she do to help fix the issue and she said “Nothing, we’re busy” and continued to be rude towards me refusing to help me. The pizza is really good here. The only thing that stops me from giving this 5 stars is the consistent errors in my order. Not sure if it's a technical error or lack of attention from the staff, but I can always count on something being wrong with my order. Other than that, the Parmesan stuffed crust is my vice!

I ordered what I always order thin crust extra cheese extra sauce. this store in Aberdeen is always dependent upon the current management. right now not so good. the box the Pizza came in probably has more taste than this pizza. it tastes and looks like cardboard. I'm looking forward to staff turning over again

dominos is good but when It comes down to ordering at a certain time it is not I been on the phone for 30 mins and hung up and then called again and now about to be on here for about 30 more mins ... its sad that it be 3-4 workers and they cant even pick up a phone if I order something and want to change something this is not the place they don't even let you speak they just pick up and then say please hold .. what if we cant now we are forced? what if I need to change my order or cancel it . horrible over the phone service. going in is better but if i wasn't this dominos wasn't so close I wouldn't use it at all it's horrible and what's crazy it never be full of people .. they need someone who can actually help them as I typed this I spent 10 mins still waiting on them ... check your food people this place is too slow if I could not give them a star I would but I have too

This place had me wait for over 46 minutes my pizza said it was done 2 times and they said it wasn’t told me that the screen moves fast that o e of the 2 pizzas I ordered was done which was cold from sitting the customer service sucked they only worried about sending out to go orders had several people in store waiting constantly telling them that it be done in 10 minutes or so every 20 minutes by far the worst
