Absolutely disgusted by the lack of hygiene at this Dunkin' Donuts inside Walmart. I saw one of the employees go into the Walmart restroom. I happened to be in there too, and to my absolute shock, this woman left the restroom without washing her hands and went straight back to handling food and drinks. This is beyond unacceptable! I’ve reported this to the Walmart General Manager and will be contacting the health department. Avoid this place if you care about your health.

Good hot coffee quick

They said they had cinnamon sugar pretzels donu ordered one. I got to my office and realized they just sprinkled some cinnamon (no sugar) on top of a damp pretzel.

Love it here especially the egg bites and apple crumb donuts!

This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to, the gentleman in the morning is the worst!!! Customer service is horrible and he never gets the order right!!! I will never go to this Dunkin again!!!!Fire him!!!!

AS A LOYAL CUSTOMER WHO VISITS DUNKIN EVERYDAY, TWICE A DAY, FOR YEARS AND WHO HAS GAVE THIS DUNKIN NUMEROUS CHANCES, I WANT TO SAY....With the New Management (since about 1-2yrs ago) this dunkin is by far the WORST one out of both Harford and Cecil County now!! Which is very sad to say because they were my absolute favorite with the previous owners/employees..but this place has really went into the ground! NOW the iced coffee is ALWAYS extremely watered down(to the point you can definitely notice and see through it)!! The donuts are always stale and hard!! And the morning time male employee/possibly the owner is very rude and lacks customer service!! He needs to learn not to give someone an attitude and act as if their in the wrong when they politely ask for something to be fixed(that is his fault and their product). I stopped going to this location awhile ago because of all of this, but since i was in there shopping I wanted to give another try, still the same..terrible!! I will not be coming back to this one, I will go out of my way to another.

This guy charged me 1.00$ for less ice. I don’t like too much ice in my coffee. He was rude & mean to others as well. Also the coffee tested sour. Never going back to this place.

Customer service was horrible. It was a very long wait to place my order with more than 4 employees on hand. I finally get to the courter to place my order. The employee's name on the receipt is, Kiren, employee #244923 There was no greeting from the cashier, which I believe was the manager. He never even acknowledges me being there. He never said anything to me at all to be honest. Even after I greeted him. I will never come back to this location again. I did not feel valued as a customer.

Ordered my iced matcha latte paid for almond milk and I saw him grab the whole milk carton thst was empty to the back room and not thinking it was for my latte and yup he put whole milk in there. It is my fault for not tasting it before hand but I was running late to work. Will not be returning to this location anytime soon!

Everyone says they have bad people. Whenever i go, i have this very kind man who gives extra drizzle on my frozen chocolate. One time gave me free donuts and munchkins too.

Absolutely disgusted and ruined my morning all I wanted was a ice coffe and they didn’t change or clean anything my coffe u usually order taste sweet I order the same thing as always and today it was bitter ash have some decency someone is drinking that you wouldn’t want your coffee like that

The only Dunkin to charge $.95 cent for extra liquid sugar. I buy Dunkin atleast 3 times a day and for the guy to charge me that at that location was Rediculious and wanted to tell me that all Dunkin donuts do it, and I know for a fact! That they don't!!! Never will go back!

I have a landscaping crew at my house today so I went and picked up doughnuts and some for my family as well. I am currently recovering from weight loss surgery. I ordered a dozen assorted and half a dozen with one Boston and one glazed with the rest French curlers. They instead gave me two of each kind. I respectfully told them that wasn't what I ordered and I got lectured by the gentleman who wasnt even helping me to begin with. Telling me that is all I can get then and no more French curlers and how they are going to start driving up the price all the while the woman who was helping me just sat back and mouthed sorry have a good day. Ummm what the heck? I am just getting what people ordered and getting lectured because they messed up order? He was standing there with this look of hate mixed with disappointment and was shaking his head at me like I did something wrongLike what the heck. I just left and tried to forget about it and not let this bad interaction affect my whole day.
