I come in here to get my coffee early in the morning. There’s no ice in it no cookie pieces no whipped cream. The coffee is hot and it’s supposed to be a signature latte. I have literally had this happen to me twice the woman who works there can’t make a coffee or a latte of her life depended on it. I have literally been a loyal customer of theirs every single morning. I wish that she would stop making my coffee or my latte because she can’t make it and I get disappointed because I can’t even give the app to refund my money for the coffee that she has messed up. Does anyone know how to get a refund from the app? If so, please comment down below even in the morning when they’re supposed to be there they’re rushing around to get there to the store. They don’t open on time. They’re literally pulling in and rushing to open because they can’t be there on time. This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to and the one in havre de grace is even worse!

Pulled in there this very early morning to get a coffee, no one in line. I pull up to the window, to see someone pour my coffee and sit it on the counter. Then he continues to do something else. Then someone walks by but doesn't tend to me. Then I proceed to sit there for an exorbitant amount of time, while NO ONE ELSE IS THERE. There is maybe one other customer indoors, while there were several employees. So, I left the coffee there. This slow service is a TREND there. Additionally, from getting coffee and food there before, there are no manners at all. I speak my order, and the response I get is, "come to window". How about a basic "THANKS FOR YOUR BUSINESS SIR"? Let alone a thanks. "Come to window" is a hell of a way to show appreciation for my business, paying for your expensive coffee and breakfast items that almost never come with napkins. Most everywhere else I go, I see that appreciation from businesses represented by all walks of life and I understand diversity, do you? I would not recommend the wakeup wraps there. As in other DD I go to, I'll get 2 with my coffee. Here, I get 2 stuffed in one envelope sometimes looking looking more like a mess. This place is close to me. Too bad I have to knock it off my breakfast food stop because the service is so bad. Also, too bad I couldn't give a .5 star.

This must be one of the slowest dunkin' donuts I have ever visited. I have never had to sit in a drive-thru line for more than 10 minutes to pick up an order. The management at the store needs to learn from other stores how to expedite their drive-thru line. I will be finding another place for my morning coffee.
I've only visited this place twice in the past 30 days, and both times, I've had issues at this location. It's time I go to a different Dunkin location and not keep wasting my time and money. On the first visit, I received one of several items I ordered incorrectly. On the second visit, I received a toasted croissant sandwich with a very cold slice of cheese (it seems as though they forgot to add cheese before placing it on toaster). This is in addition to the very busy and slow service.
