If 0 stars were possible… ordered refresher green tea, got one with lemonade. I tried to get it corrected and kept waiting only to find out that he had forgotten I was waiting. I asked again and then he quickly threw together a watered down version of the refresher. This is also the place that doesn’t take orders off the app, doesn’t take app payment, and their kiosk was cordoned off. Won’t stop by again.

Long lines. Understaffed. Bagel sandwich tasted old and stale. Self order kiosks were roped off and closed. It took 30 minutes from joining the end of the line to getting my order. Unfortunately there is not a good alternative at this rest stop.

The Dunkin app and Google both have the hours for this Dunkin 24/7 I was so excited to find an open one but so disappointed when i saw they were closed.

My husband and I stopped by to grab coffee, but the experience was extremely disappointing. After waiting a long time, my husband politely asked if our order was ready. The employee preparing the drinks responded with a nasty attitude, yelling ‘patience, patience’ repeatedly and then continued laughing in his face in front of everyone. His behavior was completely unnecessary and unprofessional—no customer should ever feel so unwelcome or disrespected. On top of that, the drinks were awful. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
They DO NOT accept Dunkin app because they said they are not part of them. Also, they do not give military Veterans discounts. This place is Fake and the coffee they made was not up to Dunkin standards because it tasted horrible

I came here to get some food on my way home from a concert. My food was burnt, some was made incorrectly, and when trying to get a refund, the cashier was too busy chatting with the customers. I understand being friendly, but the cashier was literally asking where the group was from and chatting with them, not even taking the order. I understand building a happy environment, but it was to the point where she was not efficient at all. It was terrible. They need an entirely new staff.

Worst customer service ever in DD! The guys who work there are soooo impolite, look like they don’t care of their jobs at all, especially the cashier guy, just awfully rude! Plus, they don’t accept the DD app payment at all - just stay away and choose different store if you can. Otherwise, it would just make you mad 😠

Every time I went to buy a donuts 🍩, it was flies all on the donuts, it turn my stomach. Two Thumbs down, the bathroom was cleaner then Dunkin Donuts...🤢🤮
