Absolutely HORRIBLE. Waited 40 minutes in line and still didn’t get service. Two workers behind the counter with one just standing and staring. There were still 6 people in line ahead of us. Would’ve waited over an hour JUST FOR COFFEE.

I was ordered large one and wait 20 min got small one
Slow, never gets my order right. I speak clearly and loudly just to make sure the people hear me and they just don’t care. Love getting a mouthful of granulated sugar when I ask for liquid sugar. Great feeling watching them over charge me and give me the wrong order, then say it was what I ordered. What a joke. The cold brew also tastes really bad, like it’s been sitting for days to go bitter. I don’t know if management changed or they don’t have any quality control at the location but it’s disgusting.

Avoid this place. A very bad place. I ordered a take away cup of coffee and was charged USD11.46, which was USD6.00 for the TIP. A young guy at the counter had the worst service attitude I have ever met in my life. I paid by Apple pay and tapped nearly a hundred times because he did not operate the POS correctly.
