This was my 2nd time here, got the cheesesteak it was good, m the first time it was excellent and was a lot larger than this time, sign says 50% more meet but not this time but it still tasted good but I probably wont be back the price is $14.99 if it was as big as the first time I might but it is a service plaza , prices are ridiculous

Worst service and a total scam.Manager said the philly steak sub is 9inches.But i guess he measured its size same as he measured his tiny weiner and lied to himself.No wait line but i had to wait for my order for 20 minutes.Price for this bs is ridiculous as well! GARBAGE

There was one other customer behind my husband and the employee was texting on their phone. We waited patiently a minute or so for him to get done on his phone before he felt like he could stop whatever he was doing on his phone and serve his customers (those that contribute to his wages). Also, by the expressions on his face it wasn't a work related text. After he got done laughing at his phone he was quick to wait on my husband and the other customer. The pizza was fine but not great and they had no soda to purchase.

Horrible. Go elsewhere. Staff and manager are rude to the point of yelling at customers who dare to ask for a refund after waiting 20 minutes for a slice of pizza that is already made and on display. Don't waste your time.

I literally just left, and the guy who took my order and was working the register could care less about what was going on.

But no military discount unless in uniform but the army does not allow us to be in public with our uniforms

Sadly, Jerry’s subs can’t manage to make a cheesesteak with only three employees. It now makes sense why the line was so short. $6.99 for a cheese slice of pizza was definitely not worth it but you pay what you have to when you are trying to beat traffic and Jerry knows it.

25 bucks for fries soda and cheesesteak . Let me say I’m down to pay that but these are not over stuffed or worth the money. There are tons of places in md for cheese steaks . Skip this place go to Wendy’s or Nathan’s.
