The tuna is very soupy and unappetizing to look at. Will never purchase again, however the Italian subs and everything else is very good.

I asked for provolone on the app notes since you can't substitute on the app.. they did not substitute yet claim they look at the notes.
Lady at register let a kid put a cup back that he had his mouth on.. I'm absolutely appalled.. do not go here.

We frequent this location at least once a week and usually everything is fine, but today I Found 2 hairs in my sub which makes me question the cleanliness of this location. Was so off putting that I will not be returning.
Besides the Italian sub being one of the best I've had in a long time (and in this area), I'm mainly writing to shout-out the manager Sabrina... I thought I lost my wallet... So that's how I met her when I called, and she was thorough in searching not only inside, but outside, and even recommended where to call next (ShopRite) as most folks turn lost things in there. She also gladly took my info and spread the word fast for everyone to BOLO for my wallet.
After I checked my last worn pants FOR THE FORTH TIME, I found it! I just wanted to shout out Sabrina and the team at Jersey Mike's Aberdeen for providing exceptional service, and going above and beyond any call of duty for her role as this was solely my problem, and she made it hers to assist me. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
Spread the word, and spread on the hot pepper relish ? I'll be back time and time again.

Pre-ordered at 10:30 am for a 12:15pm pick up. Got there at 11:50 did not get food until 12:48 pm.. will not be going back. Order was almost $300.00 dollars. Terrible organization..

Hopefully not an issue with the app but I’ve only ordered in-person and they always mess up my order. They didn’t give me a receipt for my last visit which prevents me from contacting corporate, so dropping this review. Buyer beware.

This is for the Beards Hill Plaza shop only as I have only visited this location. The staff can't get a sub right ever. I just ordered four subs and they got one correct even after I reiterated several times what we wanted. After returning to the store to get the subs remade a staff member was laughing about the situation. Never going back.

These sub were the worst thing I have ever ate. I took 1 bite and know it was not good.It was the (Original Italian).My husband get the (cheese steak with jalapeno pepper).He don't like it. I don't think the trash can liked them either.We try this place because they are rate high. The best subs. LOL mistake. Can not believe every thing you ready on the web.Well I will drive to Bel Air to get a (FireHouse Sub) .This was really bad.Sorry, but they are not worth the money. 2 subs and a bottle drink was $25.00.

The sandwiches can only be described as awful... You're paying more for a half a sub than you'll pay for a full sub anywhere else... Cheese and meets sliced so thin you can see through it...Don't waste your time or money...
