Should probably hire more people, came to pick up an online order to see my order sitting unwrapped while they wrapped other orders around it so who knows how long my order sat out like that also people coming in to pick up orders weren’t even being acknowledged, please do better worse Jersey Mikes I’ve been to

Came in for lunch, Haven't ate it yet so I couldn't tell you if the actual food is good or not, im writing this review based that the cleanliness just turned me off? I wouldn't have paid if I didn't waste most of my lunch break. Sandwiches just being slid all over the dirty counter(thankfully I don't have food allergies) other food mixed with the mayo, people touching EVERYTHING with their gloves then touching other food...I was so turned off from it...won't go back

The guy who made my sandwich was a cool guy.

Jasper is the best and took extra care with my gluten free order. They apologized for taking extra time with it, but I would always rather have someone take their time and show they were conscious about cross contamination than just whip it together. I know it takes time, and I know it’s inconvenient, but I appreciate it greatly and will happily wait. I will definitely come back here!

Ok, Jersey Mikes, Aberdeen, MD. Train your managers, then they can train the workers. When you cut a roll, be careful, do it evenly. AND, WHY, do they always cut the roll, so the TOP is 1.5 inches in width shorter. I'm putting it in a bowl. and eating it. Niw, don't reply with an automatic thanks for the input etc. TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE. ITS NOT THAT HARD TO DO. Today's girl held the vinegar and oil way up and let it fall into the sub like she was conducting an orchestra. Was wayyy too wet. And, I had said what I wanted, slow down teenager wirh the attitude, so I can say easy on tge vinegar. Seriously, get involved franchise owner...

Food is good, but they almost always get someone in the family's order wrong.

Ordered two sandwiches online for pickup. One sandwich was done correctly while the other was completely wrong. I went back to get a new one. I didn't appreciate a mouthful of onions on a sandwich that wasn't supposed to have any. Usually Jersey Mike's is pretty good and I haven't had any issues with previous locations. I'd steer clear of this one until they fix their quality control issues.

Is is possible for the Aberdeen, Maryland location to take seconds to get an order correct. No mayo means NO MAYO. Can you take a second and mark the sandwich so we don't have to open each one up to make sure we have the right one? Why can't this location get their act together?

Every time I come in Sabrina goes out of her way to make me the best sandwich possible and give the best service. I don't even know what I ordered she just knows what to make me. I always feel warm and welcomed. I literally will go nowhere else but, to this one location.

They have the best subs in Maryland aberdeen store is close to where I live.
