The worse experience I've ever had at KFC, ordered chicken and it tasted and smelled old and weird, the bbq chicken was so salty I couldn't even eat it and when when pulled up to the drive thru the lady had an attitude for absolutely no reason, I'm good on KFC for awhile

Yall know better. Me and my sister just ordered a bucket of chicken to pick up today from them for the kids. As soon as I started handing it to the kids it had a distinct smell as if it was old. Im pretty sure whoever was serving the food smelled that. The chicken was so old and stall and dry. I was so disappointed and the kids wouldn't eat it. I literally wasted money and had to throw the rest of it away. Whoever served this knew it was old and reaked. Shame on you. Never going back I m extremely disappointed and disgusted.

Everyone I’ve come here Iva always had to “ pull up front” and wait 10-15 mins. Rather go to Edgewood than this one. I wish this would stay in business but dang. Hire better employees!! I never come here because of this wait! I’m the only one here and I stay sitting here 20 plus mins everytime.

I ordered a famous bowl and there was only 4 tiny pieces of chicken on it and no plastic wear. Never again! The chicken tasted like barbecue. They weren't even friendly.

Every time I visit this location, the parking lot is completely empty and honestly, it’s no surprise why. The customer experience here is consistently poor.

Each visit, there’s always something wrong. I’m either rushed through my order with repeated “is that all?” after every single item, or I’m sitting in the drive-thru waiting for a long time even when no one else is there. Tonight was another example. The employee taking my order interrupted me multiple times instead of letting me finish, clearly giving off the impression that she didn’t want to be there or deal with customers.

And for all that rushing, you’d expect the food to at least be fresh, but it wasn’t. Everything tasted old and poorly prepared.

This level of service is unacceptable, and it’s clear from the other recent reviews that this location’s issues are not isolated. The majority of reviews over the past year are one star for the same reasons. I’m not sure who the district or regional manager is, but something definitely needs to change here.

GO TO POPEYES ON RT. 22 I just spent 31 minutes waiting in parking lot after waiting in line and ordering french fries and cole slaw only. I didn't even order chicken.

Placed a mobile order so it would be ready since I was on lunch. Arrived only to wait about 5 minutes for someone to come to the front & another 5/6 minutes to get my order which was half an order & cold and old. I refused to take it and asked for a refund and was told I had to reach out online, literally was given the run around and still haven’t received the food or my money back. On top of the fact that the food wasn’t even edible the customer service is inhumane!!!! RUNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN

I wouldnt recommend this place at all. We had mover and put in 2 orders and online. When my husband went to pick up the order they didnt give our all pur order. After almost 1 hour afterwards when we went asking rest of our order they got annoyed. Literally, you cant even get your order u paid for. Never going back there.

Me and my family walked in and nobody was at the counter. The guy who finally took our order ignored us for about a good 2 minutes before he came to take our order. I ordered a $7 fill up and asked if I can have 2 legs. He didn’t respond to my question. So when I was trying to repeat myself he interrupted and said “I heard you” very rudely. So I was like then why not respond if he heard…Most of the tables were dirty but we found 1 clean to sit at but the floor underneath our table. The food was alright….Later the guy who took our order started yelling at this girl at one of the tables. I think it was either one of his workers or his girlfriend but he was calling her irresponsible and yelling at her right in front of us. I do not recommend this place….so unprofessional.

Second time something forgotten in my drive-thru order. Third time they didn’t have enough chicken of the type I wanted. Each time was between 5-7pm. The chicken they did have was greasey and soggy. I keep coming because it’s the only chicken place in Aberdeen, well for a few more weeks anyway. I would’ve thought that they would step up their efforts a little to keep customers happy given the competition they are about to have but clearly I was mistaken. Such a disappointment.
