McDonalds are going down hill. Went to this location and you would thought it was Edgewood. They messed my order up 3 times all in the same drive thru order in less than 15 minutes, there went my lunch break. Thats just 1 time... they literally messed my order up 4 times in 2 weeks. Check your food before you pull away!

I was the only customer there and waited for 15 minutes except for online order Pick up. The manager came to the front to ring me out. Acknowledge she was helping the drive thru out. Very clean store but poor customer service.

Poor customer service in drive thru! Asked for the 2 meals I ordered to be place and separate bags and was told we don’t have time to do that! And then pulled me to another window to wait if I can wait for you then you can bag the meals separately. Because my passenger is getting out soon and needs to take their stuff with them.

Sooooo we went in here on a Friday afternoon, and oh my god. Never again. I'm a woman, and for me to say this, it takes a lot. It was only women working there, it was absolute chaos, disorganized chaos. The staff was beyond rude to the people waiting for their food. Slow as all get out because of the disorganization. When we finally got our food, it was wrong. Add some men, they're more efficient. DO SOMETHING. Your staff is garbage.
