I use to go to this location at least once a week. Lately, they’ve been shorting me on the fries. The food isn’t cheap. I want exactly what’s paid for. Don’t give me half of a medium when I order a large.With that said, If you go here, expect to get way less than what’s paid for. They are using our dime to save money. Suggest going elsewhere to get your moneys worth.

I swore off coming here after I sat in drive thru for 15 minutes. It's been a few months so I figured I'd give them another shot. Sat in drive thru for 10, with a car behind me and one in the other lane. Finally just came inside and ordered.I ordered at the kiosk at 6:34 and it is now 6:53. I suppose it's on me for continuing to come back and wait this amount of time.

Sure does remind me of a middle-scool cafeteria food fight in the dining area!Most of the tables are dirty with food and trash debris, grease slicks from the food all over the table tops, floors are very dirty and unkempt.I only gave 2 stars to keep myself from feeling sick in afterthought after consuming a drink from this place.(*Night manager, Derek is really awesome and keeps the place very clean during the late hours.*)The ladies' restroom is less than atrocious this morning..... Employee exited the restroom stall, fumbled in a small zippered bag, then left the restroom without washing her hands!!****IDK WHY but I stopped here again on my way to work this morning and what a disappointment!!Dining area seemed a little cleaner, skeleton crew again at front area and it was 12 minutes before someone actually took my order.There were approximately 9 people piled up waiting for their mobile and delivery orders, NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!!!Gotta have a huge sense of humor to think this place represents a worldwide brand!!!!

Filthy...i received my food and couldn't find a clean table in the place, so I asked the manager for a rag so I could wash off a table. His response was that the girl working the counter was on break and she'd clean the tables when she....I guess that's when he either saw my "really?" look, or he heard the words coming out of his mouth. He said, I'll go ahead and clean one for you, and that's exactly what he did...one single table and then went back whatever he was doing. That was a few weeks ago, but when I went there today I found the only clean table so sat down. I then overheard a family struggling to find a table that wasn't disgusting, so they settled for the least dirty one. This is a dirty place. The restroom is always dirty too. Sad sad sad.

The cashier was delightful, humorous and professional. Service was fast. We did drive through. The crispy chicken sandwich was over cooked and rubbery with a grainy crunch. Fries were hot and tasty.

This store in Aberdeen, there employees CAN NOT get too work on time, always late, instead of opening at 5:00am they open at 5:30am because there employees can not get to work on time. I should not have too sacrifice my breakfast for them being late. If they can’t get to work on time, then maybe they need to find a different career. They are not worth $15.00 dollars an hour. This store needs new management and employees that care about there jobs, because the employees there now sure the hell don’t care about there duties of opening a store on time.

Today I went through the drive through around 230 pmish and you had a really sweet foreign lady (I couldn’t quite place the accent) who was kinda on the heavier side of place her in her 30s and had dark hair. She was so sweet and patient with me and just incredibly kind and her service was remarkable. I wish I got her name she was amazing. I will also be calling to give a customer compliment ?

I ordered my food and waited close to 20minutes if not more before I got my food. As four other customers who came in behind me got their food before me. The quality of the food has dropped considerably. I ordered a double cheeseburger which looked very dry an a Large Fries.. The fries was were half full for a large. Unbelievable how the service staff treats the customers....and why are yall moving the handicap parking further away from the entrance??? Makes no absolutely no since whatsoever....
