Minorly busy and staff was clearly having trouble. They were making multiple mistakes to orders including ours. Burger was poorly constructed with a glob of onions on one side and 4 pickle slices in a stack on the other.

First of all, there was feces on the toilet in the bathroom. Second, I ordered AND payed for two burgers with the young lady in the gray, and only got one.

Went there this morning for breakfast and received a half done steak. Called the store so that I could have my order fixed since I work about 40 minutes away and no one answered the phone.

Always lazy and no help and no one speaks English be nice if I knew Spanish, but I don't so it makes it complicated trying to make an order with special stuff on it.

The food was ok (I mean, it is McDonald's, lol). The fries were fresh, and we were given food that was cooked through.

When we first walked in, there was a group of unsupervised children yelling and jumping around. They continued to be this way, with none of the employees saying anything. Had it not been for my kids being told they could do the play place, I would have left. The group of kids trashed the place with their food and their attitudes. Employees just let all of this happen.

We ordered two chicken nugget happy meals with sweet and sour sauce. We were not given the sauce, so my husband went to ask for it. They made a comment that he should be paying for it. He said I got two meals that came with them. They proceeded to try to give him one sauce (even after asking for two and telling them he ordered two meals with them). They acted like it was an inconvenience to give us the right amount of sauce, it's not like we were asking for extra.

Edible but doesn't taste like a good McDonald's due to small portions. Got a quarter pounder and received a small size patty on a quarter pounder bun, plus barely any onions. Food seems fresh, fries usually underdone.

Man at drive thru at night (11/1, 3AM) had an attitude. Acted like I drove past a huge neon sign that said milkshakes weren't available at the time then rudely explained it was being cleaned like it was common knowledge and that everyone spends all day everyday in a McDonald's, refused to refund it and insisted I pick something else, then rudely said what substitutions were available when I asked like I was a regular McDonald's connoisseur and should have the whole menu and substitutions memorized, could've been nicer about it, not my fault it was available to order on the mobile app, displayed on the drive thru, and don't know this locations ice cream machine cleaning schedule. I don't get McDonald's often but I definitely won't go more frequently now. I understand people have an attitude working overnight/understaffed but I do the same thing and don't take it out on the customers. Can tell the guy doesn't have much of a life outside of there ?

The place advertises open 24 hours...
I pull up and there is absolutely no one around.
I go to the place to order and the lady says that they are only taking Door Dash or Uber Eats....
They turn away paying customers so they can just pay more to order through the app.
