So I ordered just a Big Mac, for carry out, why would you guys server off all the stickers at the same time and make everyone wait for there food, 15 mins for a Big Mac is the craziest thing ever, a lot of people just waiting in the lobby. Leonardo had to get a refund,

I don't know why McDonald's advertises things when they can't provide them. Yesterday I went to the McDonald's in riverside for dinner and mcflurries. They couldn't make the smoothie we wanted, and then they said they didn't have the granny Mcflurry. The manager said they were getting a shipment that night and we should come back today. Today we go just for the mcflurries and after waiting in the drive through line for almost 20 min, we were told they didn't have any icecream. So we went to the Aberdeen McDonald's instead. They made 3 of our mcflurries and then said the ice cream machine locked up so they couldn't make the 4th one. McDonald's is notorious for not having working ice cream machines. Maybe y'all should consider going with a different manufacturer. Or have 2 machines at each location so if one is down, the other will be working. I hate waiting so long for service just to be told we can't get what we ordered.

No matter what I order, I'm always the one that needs to pull up and wait. Wanted a large cup of ice, said ring up a drink just no drink just ice and was reprimanded that they don't sell large cups of ice. I paid for a whole drink so I could get it. Geez

I changed my mind on this McDonald’s. I thought they were legit but I just paid $1 for extra Mac sauce and they gave me the world’s tiniest side cup I’ve ever seen. I legitimately laughed and said I need more than that. They gave me another tiny cup. Literally nuts. $1 for 2 cents worth of Mac sauce. I worked at McDonald’s in Churchville 15 years ago and when someone paid for a side of Mac sauce, we’d give them a lot inside a cup. When I asked for more, you can tell all the managers working were disgusted by my request. McDonald’s is low tier quality. We went to chick fil an across the street right after and they would give you a gallon of sauce if you ask, for free. McDonald’s needs to learn a thing or two from chick fil a!

I placed an order this morning. Repeated my order several times. Pulled up to the drive through window and once again asked if he got my order right. A sausage egg mcmuffin with a folded egg no cheese. He said ok I got it. I got my order and it just had sausage on it. I told the guy there is no egg. He started arguing with me telling me that's not what I ordered. I know exactly what I order. I order the same thing all the time. If you can't understand English you should not be taking orders. I will not go back.

They get my order right about 50% of the time. Which is dismal considering how they charge more than sit-down restaurants that serve burgers and fries.
Extremely frustrating to constantly have to backtrack after finishing the drive-thru for missing food or wrong items.

Two of the women’s bathroom stalls had trash all over the floor and in one it had an overflowing trash can. See photos. Management has some work to do. Customers don’t want to see this mess in a bathroom stall. And there were two of them like this.
I ordered a sausage egg McMuffin and hash browns and while it was good. I was concerned about the cleanliness of the preparation based on what the bathrooms looked like.
We stopped there on a Monday in July at 10:15am. Would I go back there again, no.

I deliver DoorDash from this McDonald’s and recently saw roaches crawling near the counter where drivers and customers wait for food. That was the final straw for me — I’ve stopped going to this location again because I refuse to take that risk.
On top of that, the lobby sometimes smells like they mop with dirty toilet water, which only adds to the feeling that cleanliness is not a priority here.
The staff can also come off as rude and unhelpful, especially when there’s an issue. Instead of resolving it, they often try to rush you off like you’re a problem.
And don’t even ask to swap sausage for bacon on your Big Breakfast — you’d think I asked for a secret menu hack with how difficult they made it.
Not worth it. Do better.
