Uhhmm, I thought I got half a sandwich because it was tightly wrapped and wasted everyone's time about it... The workers didn't give me a hard time about not even opening my sandwich to check before coming back in to ask about it, though they should've cuz I was in the wrong. Sorry about that... 😅 I hadn't eaten all day and my brain wasnt working well. Good sandwich, sorry again to all the people working and getting someone kind of scolded but it was totally my bad!! Sorry sorry sorry!!!

This morning we had the absolutely best bagels we have had in a while. Please give Will the Bagel Maker in the Aberdeen Panera a raise so he never leaves! And keep him in Aberdeen. The Asiago bagels he makes outdo any Bagel I have had.

This place is pretty disgusting and dirty. In the women’s bathroom I accidentally stepped in human excrement that was in the middle of the stall. My husband and son encountered a homeless man standing in front of the sink in the men’s bathroom changing his clothes and harassing them. The smell was horrible. The bagels were ok but the little cup of cream cheese they serve is a joke. We have had it with Panera.
A 45 minute wait for lunch is unacceptable. My wife mobile ordered at noon. I understand being patient during lunch rush on a weekday. My patience ran out when I realized I could have been served faster at a sit down restaurant. To make things worse, one of my daughters had some plastic in her macaroni and cheese. All around a bad experience. The only redeeming quality was the food for the other orders mer Paneras usual standards for quality.

I ordered the Libster roll with Lobster Mac and Cheese! There was no lobster in the mac and cheese. There was sweeping the floor where the open bread and cookies were uncovered. The folks make the sandwiches, no glove change, and they touch everything else to include aprons and counters. I will not be back there! Usually, I am happy with my Panera, but I stoppe d on my way home out of my area.

Just wanted to tell Panera's in Aberdeen, MD how great it was to have their lobster rolls. They aren't cheap but they are the closest to a Maine lobster roll we can get - beat the trucks that say their lobster is from Maine. We love Maryland but our souls come from Maine so the lobster rolls where a treat.
