This Panera is in jeopardy of losing a lot of in house dining business during lunch time because they allow a man to lounge or sleep every day across their tea leather chairs. No one wants to eat across from someone whose propped up feet is within their field of vision. It’s disgusting! If he was black this would have never been allowed to happen!

I had placed an online order, someone with the same initials came in and grabbed my bag. The guys working were super helpful and quick to remake my order. Stellar service and a great experience came out of it.

I think on average I would rate a Panera Bread 3-4. This location is closest to my home and I would order here for rapid pick up for a quick breakfast or if I’m not feeling the best. 1/2 of the time there’s something missing from my order and I have to always double check. And even though it says “Ready for pick up” from my app or the text notification it’s always 10-20 minutes longer which is annoying. If anything I usually only order 3-4 items. It’s usually breakfast items. Like bagels or soufflés.
Food for this location I put 3 - for some reason it seems like the bagels get stale more quickly than other locations I’ve ordered from ??♀️

I love Panaera Bread but the Aberdeen location needs a little TLC the carpet is filthy and needs replaced and the store in general needs a good cleaning.

Very disappointing. Don't go very often because of prior service / courtesy issues, but decided on another chance today. Ordered two bagels for take out and got home to discover one side was paper thin on each and the other too thick of course. Additionally, both seemed stale at 10 AM on a Sunday. This just takes my already poor impression of this location even lower. Another bad experience; sorry I went.
