I was delivered a pizza and cookie pie that belonged to a neighbor that lived on a different street. I was just getting home from work and noticed the delivery driver asking if they were sure they were at the right address also mentioning my address number and she still stated she was at the correct address. Once inside I looked at the tag and noticed the food didn’t belong to me and immediately took it to papa John’s so that it could be remade and sent back to the correct address. The cashier took the items and put them back in the bag. This is the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen. I did speak to my neighbor and notified them of what happened while the delivery driver was there. I’m not sure what came of it but I will never patronize this location ever!

Ordered bread sticks for dinner. Arrive nearly a half hour after they were supposed to. Bread sticks were flat and both overcooked and undercooked all at the same time (how is this possible?). Well I think this is sadly the last time I'll order . Only place I know you can pay $70 and a decent tip to bring you cold pizza an hour and a half after ordering. Every damn time the driver is apologizing. Well I'm not. Honestly get bent Papa johns. Evaporate. You really put a damper on a birthday party last year for the same situation. Sad to say because I've gotten really good food from this location before. But recently this place has gone down hill. Our pizza wasn't cooked all of the way. The garlic bread sticks were raw and the sauce was just splattered all over the place. It really sucked and felt like the $25 for the order and the tip were all for nothing.

But regardless of that the store was Clean and very well maintained the staff member who took my interview was I think the manager she was beyond great and respectful, friendly, responsible, informative throughout my time there letting me know everything to the smallest details. And the pizza smelled great!!!!!

I used the app to order a free medium pizza offer and the rest of my food items. When I completed my paypal purchase on the app it removed the free medium pizza offer. When the delivery driver delivered the food I noticed there was no pizza which wasn't on the receipt. I only ordered from Papa Johns because of the offer. This was a free pizza offered by Papa Johns, so I figured that it would be no big deal and they would just make me the medium pizza they owe me. The GM said they couldn't help me eventhough clearly she could just have a pizza made because it isn't like it is itemized. The customer service at the Aberdeen Papa Johns is trash and they just lost continuous profit for one free pizza that they offered in the first place. Go to Mr. Y's pizza which is 5000x better quality and the owner is amazing! A

Parking: No issues parking as lot was not busy and there was ample parking.
I very much like papa John’s but this place was the worst pizza I shave ever had for on papa John’s. The people working there were nasty and worthless. The toppings were 2-3 inches from the edge and was not the first we orders. Stay stay from this place!!

Beware!! They COOKED this fly into my pizza, and then when I called for a replacement whoever, the manager apologized and then sent another one out, with just cheese after pulling up my order to say there was pepperoni under the cheese because they had obviously reused an older pizza that didn’t get picked up and sprinkled with cheese? So you half way made me pizza, it’s an obviously old pizza very evident and then told me I had to bring the WHOLE order to get a refund after an hour of waiting for the correct order and I obviously ate the appetizers that I ordered already. Will be contacting their corporate office, wanted everyone to know how filthy the attitude and the food was after I had been very patient and kind even though I am pregnant and could’ve gotten sick because of the bug in my food. Don’t recommend, sad because I was a loyal customer.
