Aberdeen Pats is a joke. My family orders chicken parm sandwiches several times a month. The last 2 weeks the food and service have been worst then the typically chaotic nature of this establishment. We order 3 chicken parms this evening and the sandwiches were skimpy and mostly bread. While on the phone with the initial employee we were asked if we wanted the sandwiches remade or store credit for the inconvenience. We accepted the credit since one of the sandwiches had already been biten into and once they confirmed providing a credit the rest of the sandwiches were biten into. When the cashier (apparently a 17 year old) gets the manager Andrew a useless incompetent individual who doesn't honor what the cashier had previously offered BECUASE THE KITCHEN STATED THEY WERE MADE WITH EXTRA (Tell me do those sandwiches look like they have EXTRA?!) He wanted my family to stop eating to pick up the biten into sandwiches to then provide a refund for the amount of food left. My family had already waited long enough for the delivery. Apparently Andrew isn't equipe to manage since he clearly doesn't train his employees in proper problem resolution. Age is not an excuse for misinformation. Sad this establishment has continuously gone down hill with service and products. Billy I hope you train your management better then the cashiers, vut that is not the case after this experience. This is not the first time our orders have come with poorly prepared foods as the cheese fries ordered last week had a thick plasticy dried cheese layer in half of the cup, so help me understand we are to repeatedly accept less than quality food for upward pricing?! Pats DO BETTER! YOU DEFINITELY LOST A LOYAL FAMILY!

So again, please tell me these sandwiches look full and of quality! No it's all BREAD!

Customer service has always been great. The food has my family returning every month, from wings to pizzas, cheese steaks, fries, and salads. Everything we've tried have been tasty, seasoned well, and cooked to order. This is one of our favorite spots.
