I get a tender meal and no batter greasy crap no crucnch it was disgusting It went in the trash! Do better Popeyes than serving this crap. I ask you does that look appealing

Ordered via doordash (bag was sealed on delivery ) the red beans and rices was placed sideways in the bag, mash potatoes barely had gravy chicken tasted old not cold but old

Trash trash trash!! The staff horrendous especially the cashier tonight working in the 10pm hour! Horrible customer service! The manager on duty told me it was 15 minutes to wait for the chicken because they only had breast and thighs and mild. We ended up waiting over 30 minutes because they forgot we were in the parking lot waiting when I drove back to the window to get my food they didn’t even know what I had ordered. Once they actually gave me my order I had to ask for everything because she was gonna miss practically half of everything I ordered. I get home to my surprise. Guess what the two chicken legs that I waited so patiently for was still given to me as spicy which I think they did on purpose because I told the cashier to stop handling money and then putting my food in the bag without gloves on her hands disgusting disgusting! I plan on calling the manager tomorrow or the owner to let him know he needs to redo some training with his staff because they clearly need more training. Everyone was looking at me like we had three horns on our heads as we continue to ask for all the items I had paid for that were not in the bag. It still took them five minutes to just give me four jalapeños imagine that! This was a poor experience that I do not have at the Edgewood location or any other location and to think this is a newer location perhaps if people stop going here and this puts them out of business maybe they will understand all these negative reviews are here for a reason. Stop taking peoples money, train your staff and serve the food that we are paying for accordingly!

Yeah, I’m from Louisiana and I live in this stupid state of Maryland and I know Popeyes food and this is not Popeyes food. This is not true Cajun. They don’t know how to make Cajun food Or spice anything up here to where it taste like something. And if you’re gonna run any kind of a fast food joint, you need to speak some kind of English you come to my country you speak English. Besides, what is on the menu board they don’t serve what is on the menu board. That’s also called false advertisement! This is the most horrible Popeyes I’ve ever been to. I will never go back.

I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I stopped here. What a nightmare they were out of everything that I ordered except for the ranch I tried to ask them how to cancel or refund my order and they said I had to do it on my end the app didn’t help cancel anything and the employees are rude and clueless. Save yourself a trip honest review.

I gave the place 3 tries. Wrong order twice. 3rd order was correct. Chicken was fatty and disgusting! Just go across the street to royal farms...seriously!

We git 2 shrimp tackle boxes and they forgot the biscuit. Very disappointing. Its my favorite thing from there and I was really looking forward to it.

This is the third time they’ve gotten my order wrong. Asked for large mashed potatoes and got a small. Cashier argued with me and asked that I pay again for a large mashed potatoes.

Spent $80 on dinner tonight. Employees an management are absolutely trash. Waited $20 plus minutes to go home and be missing both large fries and the cajun rice to be made wrong. Every single time we go to this location it is the same results. How did you just open and your already known as the worst popeyes in Harford county🤦‍♂️
