Their plantains are always soft and moist and the baked salmon is definitely my favorite dish. People are friendly and food is amazing.! I recommend.

The only spot that I know of in Maryland that has good authentic Guyanese and Trinidadian cuisine. I take a monthly drives out to get doubles and other dishes for family.

Food was excellent. Very nice people. The menu has lots to choose from... The only problem is the prices are a little on the high side..
But the food is worth it 😳😎

The best Caribbean takeout food I’ve had so far. Anytime I’m missing the taste of Trinidad, I come here, especially on Saturdays for the doubles. Menu had many different options to choose from. Service was great, and food was so delicious!

This place was an unexpected delight. The roti stuffed with lentils and the curried goat l plus that charged mango with chickpea who knows what were all fire. I'll try to go back if my route allows it.
Ray's Caribbean is the best Caribbean restaurant I've been to in Harford Couty. The food has so much flavor and is really delicious. My family is Jamaican and every time I eat at Ray's its like I'm eating at home. The Curry Chicken and Goat is delicious. The Roti is out of this world. And the Ackee and Salt fish is my absolute favorite. I would recommend this place to everyone. My husband is from St. Croix and he also thoroughly enjoys eating here.

My Trini friend told me about this place. Prior to her moving she would cook for me. I'm ?? PR, Native New Yorker, I grew up with my Trini ?? neighbor we would share dishes from our countries, here in MD the Carribean culture is nothing like NYC. I'm soo glad she told to go Ray's! That chicken Roti hit the spot! My daughter had Oxtails, rice and peas with plantain she loved her food. Overall, I'm very pleased and will try to go on Saturday so I can eat some doubles!
