Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Quick service & large variety of ice flavors. Was in town for a tournament and visited three days in a row and there were new flavors each day. Would love to see a rainbow as a regular flavor choice.

Stopped by on my way home. About 12 45..the girl that was working, seemed like she was hiding from me. I could see her when I looked in the windows. Finally after 15 or 20 minutes she opened the window and said she was working on a doordash order. No one around..just me. I hope it was not a racist person

Today - Saturday 19th. There’s 12 people waiting outside the - two windows . Looks like the two guys inside are sleeping . I’m waiting already since 6:00 pm and it’s 6:37 pm . Unbelievable!!!!

You can't go wrong with Rita's. I'm so glad they're open all year at this location.

The service was great, and has a nice outdoor sitting area. I usually get the cherry gelato but this time I decided to do a lemon gelato for something different and it was delicious.

If you haven't had Rita's before, they have some great frozen treats. Thick custard and ice es. It may sound odd, but it great.

I had a coupon pack. You know the ones they send every year before they open up and they last until 6/30/2024. I walked to the Rita’s with my boyfriend because it felt nice outside 85%, he tried to used the coupon 2 large ices for $6.99 and their manager said that they can’t honor the coupon because of the price of the large ices. Now why send out coupons that say that you can get the ices for one price and then all of a sudden you can’t honor that coupon.They said the best thing they can do is take a $1 off the price, that’s not even a discount honestly. This happened at 4:30pm at 772 MD-132Aberdeen, MD 21001. If The Rita’s in Elkton MD takes the coupons then why can’t Aberdeen? The water ice was great but the service was not, and that makes the ice taste okay.
