Ordered a breakfast sandwich and watched them individually overcook each ingredient (including pre-cooked frozen sausage) in an air fryer instead of using a griddle. Sandwich was dry and extremely basic, decidedly worse than something I could just whip up myself at home with a cursory amount of effort. At that point you have to ask what exactly are am I paying for?

Am very disappointed after finding not 1 but 2 hairs in our carry out order. Disgusting and no valid excuse. Guarantee we will NEVER EVER order food from here again. Not that it was all that good but was trying to support a local biz, not here again.

Just arrived in town a few months ago and always pass this establishment. I wish I would have stopped sooner as the food is amazing! Food is 10/10 and the staff are friendly and proficient in their craft. I will definitely be back to try more!

I ordered online through doordash, I've never been inside. The food was packaged nicely allowing my rueben to stay warm. They also do the tamper safe sticker which is great!
The portion matches the price and this is in no way shape or form negative feedback. Food is so expensive nowadays and Im not trying to eat a soggy sandwich from yesterday's lunch. I ate the entire sandwich and barely had room for the chips. The fresh iced tea was delicious and a perfect sweet chaser for the tart sauerkraut on the rueben. Everything about the rueben was delicious especially how they grilled the bread. I look forward to eating here again soon. Highly recommend if you are trying to eat out on a budget and still get quality food!

They were out of a certain type of cookie I wanted and when I got to the restaurant to pick up my order they asked if I wanted their alternative cookies. I did, and despite them already refunding me for the cookies, they gave me those free of charge!! I WILL BE COMING BACK HERE <3

I was excited to eat at a new place but stood there for 5 minutes and was not greeted or acknowledged in anyway. The only employee interaction after 5 minutes was being asked me to move away from the counter so he could pass. I can only Guess I was dressed wrong or maybe the employees just didn't like my face but no service for me. Won't bother with this place again. I came because the reviews but clearly they were paid for. At least I can always count on Chick-Fil-A to be great no matter the location. Now that's service, take notes 🙄.

I have been outside of here many times, place seems to have weird hours, I finally went in, ordered a Pollock Johnny's sausage, fries, and a cola. Nothing spectacular. Place was clean, small, Trisha was welcoming, I would come back again.

Scoops occupies a prominent 125 year old Victorian building in Aberdeen's main business district, the comings and going of which one can view through the large windows in the main dining area. These windows create a bright and cheerful setting to enjoy breakfast or lunch. Staff were friendly and helpful. I started with a cup of classic tomato soup, perfect for warming up after coming in from the subfreezing weather. Fortunately, unsweetened ice tea was available. The roasted chicken gyro was delicious. ...and in keeping with the name of the establishment, I finished with a large scoop of Hershy's butter pecan ice cream. Street parking was easy. I look forward to another visit.
Great food. Super nice people.

I hate leaving negative reviews. However, this is definitely not the place to get an Italian sub. Roll was stale, had to ask for pickles. Had to ask for chopped hots. Was there even any sweet peppers on it? Very little meat. And what sandwich shop puts the pepper spread on the roll first? As a bonus, the lady at counter had the personality of a rock. It should not be this hard to find a decent sub south of North East. Only positive I can say is that it is in a nice location, was clean and quaint.

Had a lovely experience eating here before catching a train. Got the blt with a side of soup, chips and a soda. The soup was so wholesome and satisfying! The service was also great, really attentive!

I was walking around the area and just decided to jump in. Extremely friendly and professional staff. The Rueben was a 10/10. Not the usual I’ve had but a nice twist to one. Recommend stopping by if in the area.
